My pd been current since dec 2018 bulletin and cc was 23 may 2019 its been 6 month already dont know whats going on

Cuz when we completed our ds260s my wife and 1 daughter passport was valid for 8 months so nvc send us notice that renew both passport before attending interview I just got renewed but I still ask passport officer to send me expired passport back to me so I will take new n old passport at the time of interview so wont have any issues

I thought they usally assign il date on anywhere from 20th to 24th every month?

My dq was 23 may but I am under f4 visa
