Yes you can visit but always be truthful and give them what they want to prove there’s no intent :
this was a a nerve racking day as we needed a last minute flight so he could get to the US from the UK.
Just today my fiancé went through customs in Chicago.
He’s staying five weeks before medical and interview.
Ryan just went through customs and was asked a few questions.
We are at Embassy now in London awaiting for consular received.
He had ties back home, work return, and lease.
Brought all legal documentation on K1.
We were nervous as we knew it was no guarantee and he wanted to be here for the the birth of our little girl.
I was just sent a text that he was “Welcomed to the US”.
Very relieving but definitely not something we will do again with his Esta once he’s back to the UK and until medical and interview is done and visa is in hand.
I think it depends on the case and the officer.
This forum has helped us more than anything and knew what to expect.
We came here and followed the knowledgeable people here.
It can be done and thanks to all of you for your support he will be here soon with me as I was told Monday that I will be in labor in the next week or so.
I have him here with me in an hour and haven’t seen him since February.
So relieved he won’t miss this and be here with myself, my son, and our new addition Hannah and to sign the BC.
I definitely recommend anything that the many before us have given on advice on this process as they’ve always, always, been right on point.
I’m astounded at how much I’ve learned just reading through others advice and stories.
I thank you all for all of your help on our journey @Greenbaum, @Zoeand @Wuozopo
All three of you are wonderful and couldn’t have done this without your guidance.
God Bless all of you and your families.
