I did my interviews and i was told everything is ok, only to be called by the embassy that my case is in AP and the officer who interviewed wants me to go back for further questions but no need for further documentation, Has anybody experienced this ?
Bring your documents

Thats the same doctor my husband use just call them everyday and tell them to tell u if someone cancel inshaAllah they will help u but only if u tell them your interview is near. But the consulate says if you have a interview and your medical appointment is after you should still keep your interview and just explain to consulate why you don't have medical and they will make a day for u to drop these docments.

So the consulate finally called my husband and said he needs to renew DS260 and financial documents they said he is approved just need those documents in the system updated for NVC. For some reason I'm still skeptical and waiting until my husband actually has his visa in his hands because last time the consulate said he was approved we ended up needing administrative processing and still waiting. Also they asked for update medical and all the approved doctors are backed up until November but we found a way to get an appointment tomorrow so alhamdullilah for that anyway if u need help or have questions feel free to ask oh yea and all the people that's still waiting dont give up keep calling keep emailing get your state congress involved.. I pray this helps someone InshaAllah

hello
i will be visiting a girl very soon in morocco middle of October. I have been talking with her for a while almost 7 months everyday including her family on video...this will be my 1st time meeting her. if things are right with her and i dont see any red flags i am willing to do a marriage there legally and then come back here to file paperwork...many people say not to marry on first visit which i understand that there could be fraud involved but i dont think thats the case with this girl...but if i do see any red flags i will defintely rethink my plan.
my question is what do you think if i visit her and do marriage then come back home start the paperwork..do u think consulate will question why i married on first visit?? in my opinion marriage should not be a red flag compared to a K1 which has a more higher chance of denial..
what documents do I need to take from here to marry there? i was divorced once so i am assuming my divorce decree, birth certificate I am not sure if I can find that, police clearance should be ok, for income i am self employed graphic designer so assuming my yearly tax papers? .does my income need to be a certain amount in order for my marriage to be approved in morocco?
thanks
As a American married to a Moroccan I feel like they play alot of games over there so good luck because they love giving people a hard time hey your a man so might be different

Have a very safe trip
we have 2 friends returning next week for EID with family
BTW 2 ferries are now allowed to travel to Moroc
the French ferry from port Sete and Italian ferry from port Geneoa
as for being done with immigration, you still have a long way to go so do not discard any of the paperwork you have done
IR1 does make it easier as no AOS, no ROC, no EAD, no AP (to travel out of the US)
but you will still getting SS #, getting him registered with selective service, getting US ID or driving license (and need to know what to do for this when person is not a citizen) and adding him to accounts if you haven't already
and then the naturalization test and all that goes with being a citizen
Eid Mubarak sayyid shukrean inshaallah everything will be fine

So I heard there is only two airlines operating to and from Morocco and that's Royal air Maroc/ Air Arabia. You will need a Pcr test or a serological test with results within 48 hours of flight. Also it's only open to morrocan citizen and residents and families. If you are a spouse of a Moroccan citizen you will need a certificate of marriage and your spouse's ID with address in Morocco. I called the Moroccan embassy in New York and they confirmed that you will l need to get those documents notarized before your flight. Also border still closed and tourist still not able to go in... hope this helps someone I will update you guys when I get to Morocco... peace and love inshaallah

So on Monday 20/07 the consulate randomly called my husband and asked him a few questions regarding his case. He asked him when was the last time he was contacted him and a few questions regarding his last interview he also asked him if he submitted documents required and of course he said yes that he gave them all documents during 2nd interview. Then he explained to my husband that because of covid19 the consular hasn't processed his case my husband informed him that he is actually calling on the anniversary of our second year of marriage... the consulate acted surprise which I think is b.s. because last time they called for my birthday and asked if i can come to the consulate out of no where. Any way my husband asked him will he need a new medical form because as we know its expired and he told him yes but he told him to wait for them to call him again and my husband said well now that him and his wife is married it's now considered IR1 visa and he said yes. Also my husband told make sure he updates this in the system and when we checked we say that the date was updated . I don't know this is very nerve racking I swear when my husband is finally here with me in America I will be screaming with joy when I no longer have to deal with this crazy process...I am continuing to be patient every day please feel free to ask any questions everyone or to help me if you can peace and love inshaallah

Good Morning All,
Question? Looks like international travel is opening for only Moroccan Citizens and their Family members beginning July 15th. Would anybody here be able to shed some light on if Fiancé’s are considered “family”?
Not sure but I did read that you have to provide a marriage certificate if you are a spouse of morrocan citizen... I am scheduled to fly the 16th so I will make sure to post the outcome for anyone who is inquiring...

We both were tested on the 6th and read positive on the 7th. Stay hydrated and eat what you can. Mary took cough syrup and tylenol and had a good appetite. Our fevers ended on that Friday. She is already back at work.
I'm older, immunocompromised and I'm still at home. I ended up with a little bit of fluid in the lungs and got some good meds. I was coughing and went to the ER. They were super helpful and sent me home since I was hydrated. If something feels wrong call the ER and they will advise you.
My parents, son and friends made sure we had plenty food and Gatorade (and paper towels and TP). Ubereats, Grubhub and Doordash and grocery store deliveries are still running. We ended up being quarantined for 10 days.
Take care and get some rest.
Wow I'm so glad to hear you guys are doing better I got tested on Wednesday due to me having no sense of smell and sense taste a headache and stomache, I was found positive Thursday today is Monday almost a week after and I must say I feel way better my senses are back and I haven't had a fever I'm just keeping my fingers crossed and praying that I'm ok...
Thank God for my family that has been helping me...
