  1. I sent everything but my paycheck stubs because I thought I saw somewhere that it wasn't needed. I have read the I134 instructions, checked the USEM, and the packet 4 instructions and no where does it say that paycheck stubs are required. Then I read the updated K1 Visa Guide for Manila and it says to provide 6 months of paycheck stubs. I don't think that was there before.

So has anyone have a recent interview where you didn't have these and everything was ok?

    Thanks,

    Charlie

I am self employed and just got 3 years of the tax whatevers from the IRS. Cant remember the name. I really dont have stubs.

    EPIPHANY

i read that your self employed, is it really needed the 3yrs tax? or i can just show them the latest ITR? 2006 ITR?? coz m having a co-sponsor and he is self employed. by the way for having co-sponsor, he need to fill up I-134 right? 1 for the petitioner and 1 for the co-sponsor.... now i have the sample form for the petitioner on how to fill up the form, do you have sample form for the co-sponsor? coz i want to be sure if he filled up the form correctly... thanks

  2. Do you think the fact that the beneficiary was on the dole would affect the approval of their visa?

Dole meaning welfare? For the beneficiary it doesn't matter, financial support will come from the petitioner (or co-sponsor).

hi! m going to have co-sponsor, my co-sponsor will have to fill up I-134? and my petitioner right? 1 for each. i saw the sample form for the petitioner but what about the my co-sponsor. im not sure if they fill up the form correctly. do u have sample form for the co-sponsor? and is ITR good enough for the supporting document? because he is self emplyed.

    thank you!

  4. well guys im back lol! anyway i have a few question for the CENOMAR. its like this, im annuled from my 1st marriage.

i went to the NSO to get a copy of my birth certificate and a copy of cetificate of marriage with the remarks that im annuled and also a copy of CENOMAR, but im wondering why in my cenomar it says m still married. so is this normal? i asked them they said i just have to show them the annonated certificate of marriage. is this true? or i should indorse the whole thing to them again? coz i indorsed my annulment papers in manila and m trying to get CENOMAR here in the province. any advice? thanks!!

  5. hi guys. anyway i just want to know if where and when ill know my POE? coz as far as i know, you will write your point of exit in filling up forms on medical exam?? what if you dont know where your POE? or they will give you whether where is my POE? and one more thing, after the med exam, they will forward it to the USE right? how will i know the results?? thanks in advnace...

  6. Hi! You don't have to call SLEC for an early medical, you can go directly to SLEC and just bring your Appointment letter (and a photocopy), $95 (in peso equivalent depending on the current exchange rate) and ID pictures.

    For the Appointment schedule: http://203.177.135.10/ivappointment/login.asp

If you still don't have the appointment packet, you can call SLEC for a packet pick-up or just bring the NOA2 or a print copy of the appointment sched from the USEM site. Good Luck!

where will i get the appointment letter? we just got approved last july 9. what number for the SLEC? thank you!

hi, do you mean approved from USCIS? then you will have to wait for them to send the application to NVC and NVC will provide you with case number, it can be for 3 weeks more or less and then NVC will forward the case to US Embassy Manila and they will provide you with interview/medical appointment date and will send you your appointment letter too.

yap i just got approved from USCIS. hehe cant wait to have my med/Interview. thanks for the info. ill tyr to call NVC. should i call NVC or DOS? for the update of my papers?

you can call NVC, they will provide you with your case number once they have rec. it and worked on it (providing case number)... once you rec. case number you can check out http://203.177.135.10/ivappointment/login.asp for interview dates or you can call DOS but give them a week or two coz they will still need to forward the case to US embassy manila that will provide you with your appointment dates

hi! tom ill call the NVC for update on my papers. but i want to have my medical as early as possible. is that possible? even if i dont have the appointment letter yet? do u have a number for SLEC? for information? and the USEM site? so i can check their website. thanks!

  7. Do you have to have an appointment to get it done? Can you just show up with the money and get the packet and get things out of the way?

SLEC prefers that the applicant have been approved (NOA2) with their petition and already have a scheduled appointment. The Appointment Letter is included in the Packet 4-> the one with the "schedule" of medical and interview.

where will i get the appointment letter? we just got approved last july 9. what number for the SLEC? thank you!

You just got approved July 9 by USCIS or NVC? I mean have you completed NVC processing? If not, then you still don't have an appointment letter/schedule. After completion at NVC, your papers will be forwarded to USEM for the schedule, then you or your petitioner will receive the Packet 4 (with the Appointment letter). But if you mean approved at USCIS and you have the NOA2, you can use that (NOA2) to get an early medical... but it is preferable that you already have your schedule because medical exam is good only for 1-year and there's a lot of things that can happen between those days/months.

okthank you for the information! so i guess i still have to wait for the letter. by the way when will i recieve my packet 3?

  15. Thanks! No, I think you can call the DOS for any applications that are sent. I waited about 2 weeks after I received our case number from the NVC before calling the DOS every day. We did not have to send in anything to them. The US embassy in Manila received our case and on July 6th the DOS told me that our case was qualified for an interview date. Hopefully you will get some news on your case soon. Good luck to the both of you.

hi! i see you called DOS to ask for the interview date? may i know the number of DOS? and where and when did you found out your case number from NVC? thanks and god bless!!

  16. Hi

Im sure im not the only one on here that uses skype to call their SO, I was wondering if anyone knew how to get a copy of your skype calls as proof of ongoing relationship. I nearly always call her cell from my skype account as its so cheap, especially compared to calling from my cell, but i dont know of any way that i can get a copy of the calls to use as proof of ongoing relationship for when we get to the consulate stage.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Log into skype and click on "VIEW ACCOUNT" link located to the right of your credit left. A pop up box will appear. Click on the tab for "Calls and SMS". You can scroll to find each months call list. There is a link at the bottom of the list that says "Export to File" . Save this to your desktop and u can print your phone records from there. If you use Skype computer to computer on skype box there is a HISTORY list. I'd do a print screen of that....I had trouble getting my yahoo messenger chat log to print so I used my digital camera and took pictures of the listings. You can do that with this as well. Upload them to yahoo photos, enlarge to be sure you can read them then have prints made. I'd use a digital camera that u can put the date on the photos as well. Just an idea. Good luck.

speaking of SKYPE and YAHOO!, where can i see my chat log, email log in YAHOO!?
