Did you report your income every year (Married filing jointly, Married filing separately, Single) even during period of time while not employed?
Yes I file taxes every year. Currently not employed but I have not file the taxes for 2019 yet.

Hello All,
I have a question regarding N400, hopefully I can find an answer here. I will file N400 soon, my green card was marriage based, but I have divorced.
I will apply N400 based on the 5 years rule. However I have not been employed for a while, will that be a issue? will USCIS deny my case because I have no income?
Thank you.

Yep, my status changed to that message on 6/19! 7/19 came and went and there has been no changes to the status.
The app says:
On June 19, 2019, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number xxxxx
Our California Service Center office will begin working on your case again.
We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you.
I guess I’ll have to call. But my extension letter is still valid until 9/3/19.
Then you probably should call ask them a standard processing time, Usually after you mail the evidence back it should only take 3-4 weeks for them to review.
If you need to travel after 9/3, you could also call local USCIS office ask for I-551 stamp on your passport so you will be able to travel out of the US.

Ok I might need some help. I haven't visited the forums in a while.
Received a letter of extension at some point last year (I can't remember when) which extended me until March 2019.
At around the end of 2018 I got another letter saying I'm extended for 18months after the expiration of my greencard, this would bring me to September 2019.
Then, at the beginning of the year, I got aTHIRD letter saying I do not need to have my biometrics taken, as they will use the ones on file, and my interview would be waived. Happy days, right?
At that point, I was fully expecting my next contact from Immigration to be my new Greencard.
Then around 4/23/19 I received an RFE (my first for the entire immigration process.) I had to reply by 7/19/2019.
I sent off my package way before then, and it was received at the California Service Center on June 19th 2019. Since then, nothing.
Is there something I need to be doing? I remember seeing something about having to get my passport stamped but like I said, it's been a while since I visited the forums.
Any help is truly appreciated.
First of all has your online status changed to USCIS XX center received your response for RFE? If yes then they will have to take care of your case before 7/19, unless you also filed N-400 for naturalization.
They may want to combine 2 cases. But if your online status doesn't states they have received your mail then maybe something wrong during the mail transit.
You may want to confirm they do have your additional evidence on hand.
If you did not file N400 and they also have your documents on hand but still no action on your case your probably should call them to talk to someone.

Aaand there is a mistake on the card. The resident since date is incorrect. I’ve been a resident since 02/09/2016 and on the new GC it says 02/19/2016.
Since it’s only 10 days does it really matter? I need the GC the finally go to the navy recruiter and don’t want to wait another few months for the replacement card. I also plan on starting the citizenship process in about a year or so
That is probably a typo, maybe call USCIS to check if that matters? In my opinion as long as your personal info is correct (like your name, birthday) that will be fine. but for safety probably should get an answer form USCIS.

Congratulations !!! I totally understand! I couldn't believe it when my case status changed to new card being produced lol, but finally we are here. Still remember a couple of months ago how upset and anxious we were.
I will be fully relaxed after I have card on hand. lol

any 'updated' status is typically a good sign. My husband had his name updated and birthdate updated and within a week the notice 'card production' happened and within a week card was mailed.
@Pikachu Babe and mrandmrsBRS HUGE congrats! :-)
😃 Thank you. I'm at the Endgame now, lol just waiting for the actual card.

So as of today it says that it was submitted on 22nd January 2018, and then this -
Case Was Received At My Local Office
On May 03, 2019, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence
what does that mean?
It looks like they transferred your case to local office.

Thursday I received several messages: case approved, case transferred etc...
Yesterday I got the approval by mail. The new website says a new card was mailed. The old website says that the case was transferred.
Thank you all, I just check the new website, My card was mailed yesterday, but they did not provide tracking#, but anyways I'll just wait for the card.
Finally this is the last step of my case... it's been almost 17 months....

Congrats! You should be getting an update when the USPS picks up the card for delivery. You will get a tracking number that you can see the expected arrival date. You should get it within a week. Maybe next Thursday or Friday!
Thank you, hopefully I can get the actual card soon, It's been way too long...

Hello All,
After 16 months of waiting my case status changed to "New card is being produced" . What's the next status? how long it usually take for them to mail the card after ordered new card?

Yes. I believe there are two things. Card production and case approval letter. They are seem to be different departments managing the letter, card and notification. I could be wrong though. Any way I got my card after 8 days of the initial “new card is being produced” notification.
Thank you for the information, Although my card is being produced I still don't feel safe lol, Just need to wait until I receive the card, Will keep everyone posted.

Yes this is normal. Next would be: case was approved.
Then: Card was mailed.
Card was picked up by USPS.
Card was delivered.
Congratulations!!🎊🎈
Thank you very much, So the "case approved" status actually came after "new card is being produced" ?
I just hope I can get the card very soon and hopefully USCIS won't mail it to wrong address as they did it to my RFE.
