I don't know if anyone else realized, but Haiti is finally off the Do Not Travel advisory. Hopefully that means they'll be back functioning as normal. It also does not say they are only processing emergency immigrant visas on the us travel docs. Hopefully it stays like that for some time.

Yes that's what the guys told again today since I call everyday . That they doing all visa category at the moment .and all department is functioning.

Hey you guys soooo update, I finally got my second interview it wasn't by call or email, for spousal visa they sant it directly through DHL. Now my only prayer is for the country to remain calm without noooo riots so god can grant me my spousal visa. To everyone else that interview had been cancelled just like mine. You will soon get your new interview again too.god bless

Okay, wow... This is crazy. All they had to do is to extend the time for the K-1 so all could be treated fairly.

To anyone that is spousal visa, I recently spoke with the nvc and they said the embassy is only processing k1-visas at the moment and they havent told them when they will do spousal visa but right now that section is suspended. So to anyone who is spousal. Good luck. We might be waiting forever.
 

Hopefully that means that the American C.O's are back. 

Yes, a few ladies I’ve been in contact with.. their cases have been shipped to Haiti a few days ago. And mine is still @ NVC. Maybe sometime next week it’ll be shipping so if it does I’ll let you know. 

interviews were full for February and march prior to the protest people who have those slots will keep the appointments they have for us who got canceled I believe they will open more slots but for cr-1 Im not sure if this will effect NVC scheduling of your interviews I'm sure you will have one soon wishing all the best
