Received date : 4/12/2019
Notice date : 4/18/2019
When I try to check my case status, I am getting error "My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. " Has anyone else faced this ?Me. I’m facing the same issue. I have my receipt number and I have my NoA, but every time I try to check my case through that portal, that’s the error message I get.

At least it came!!
Breaking the law is its own beast, but I don’t for one second believe not having proof of status would be no big deal. It would, at the very least, result in a headache or undue stress.
Oh, I agree! I told the agent it's hard to not worry because you just never know what could happen. I could just walk down a street and be stopped by the police for identification for no reason at all (long shot, but possible). Plus, I'm 38 weeks pregnant — I didn't need that stress! I'm so glad I finally got the NoA.

Hm, I called them last week and they couldn't tell me what my receipt number was and told me to just call back in 30 days . . maybe I should try again this week. Seems like you had more luck.
Update!
I didn't get the NoA letter by the end of February as they had promised when I called them early February. By the third week of February, I submitted the e-request just to be sure they have my request in the system, and I called them again on February 23 to schedule the info pass appointment.
My info pass request was rejected — the appointment was deemed unnecessary because it said in their system that I was going to receive the NoA and their deadline for that was March 22. My GC expired on March 7, so there was a little bit of panic there. When I spoke with the agent to see what the consequences would be with my GC expiring and me not having any physical proof of status, they said I shouldn't be worried and there should be no problem at all because I have a valid status even though I don't have the physical proof with me, as long as I didn't break the law.
I finally received my NoA in the mail on March 13. Now I'm only waiting for my Biometrics.

Called USCIS as I haven't received NOA and it has been 30 days.
They have submitted my request and representative is supposed to call me within next 72 hours.
I just got off the phone with USCIS as well. They were able to track down my receipt # (starts with LIN) which means they have my paperwork and it's in process. They said I should receive my NoA by the end of this month, but if I don't, then I will have to call them again to get the info pass to go to the local USCIS office here in Louisville and get my passport stamped. Hope to see that NoA before the end of this month, then!
Good luck everyone else who's dealing with this issue too!

I went to my infopass appointment today because it’s been 7 weeks since package delivered and I haven’t received anything.
They were able to give me my receipt number and stamp my passport!
For the SRC people- the officer told me that they are having issues with the pritining, my case was received but for some reason never mailed to me.
I am able to see it on the USCIS website when I check tho so I’m happy with that.
He he also said biometrics appointments have been delayed because of how long it’s taking them to process this cases( he mentioned that by the time they give you an interview-if so, the fingerprints are expired already) so he said I might not get biometrics for a while.
Hope this info helps for people filing in Dallas !
Thanks for sharing this! I'm calling the 1-800 hotline right now trying to get my case/receipt number. If this doesn't work, I'll have to go with the Info Pass route as well. Just hoping that they didn't lose or misplaced my package.

You can call USCIS at the 1-800 number and get your case/receipt # by using your Alien#
They can also create a request for non-delivery of receipt notice over the phone, typically after 30 days of filing date.
OR you can create the e-request online using the link in the previous post. You will need the receipt # to create the e-request.
Good luck!
Thank you so much!! All this advices are really helping me feel at ease a little — been worrying a lot. I'll try to contact them and file my request. Happy Sunday!

I am in the same situation as well, my filing date is Jan 9. No receipt or biometrics notice yet. My case is filed at Nebraska (LIN)
Have you received your Case/Receipt # ? If yes, what service center is your case filed at?
No, I have not received my Case/Receipt #. Basically have heard nothing from the USCIS at all and it's been weeks. I plan on calling them on Monday or e-file the request, or even come down to the local USCIS office we have here in Louisville. I filed my case/paperwork to the Texas Service Center — their Dallas PO Box.

i also didn't receive my receipt. You can e-file the request. I will do next week
I'm a newbie in this. The first time when I filed my AoS, I hired a lawyer. Any insight as to how to e-file the request? Thanks so much in advance!

Hi, everyone!
I filed my paperwork and application on January 7 through USPS certified mail to the TX service center PO Box. Received a notification from USPS that the file was delivered on January 11. I still have not received my Receipt or NoA from USCIS and it's been 4 weeks. Should I worry?? Anyone else filling in January experiencing the same thing?
