I am a genuinely in a wreck. You guys are giving me the right advise I know. But this is someone I love and I did a lot for her to get to this country to turn out this way. She holds a lot of resentment and tells me she was never happy with me from the second week she got into the states. I gave her passport and ID cards last night. I never placed her name on the lease and she moved out. I don't think she Is going to try to move back in at any reason.
Of course it must be hard, but tbh with you, life gives us these kinds of tests, if she ever lied to you the only thing you can do now is Learn, dont let anyone make you feel less, love doesnt do that, yes you helped her somehow but love is grateful not selfish, love needs to be demonstrated and most of all it must exist in both persons of the relationship, from now it is all up to you, believe me, sometimes we feel like we're stuck in a bad situation, but the grass is always greener on the other side, dont force things to happen, that is not how it is supposed to be, try to collect any evidence, dont have conversations alone with her and for sure dont stay alone with her, look around at friends and family that love you, and use that as fuel so you can go on. I pray for you to recover from this fast, and im sure one day you will remember this as a very good lesson. Good luck my friend.

so you just got married and now you want a divorce?
1- sounds like all she wants is a greencard
2- you can not participate in the rest of AOS process and she will not GET a greencard. she can not adjust under anyone else. She will be out of status and required to leave. You should also send a letter to USCIS revoking your affidavit of support.
3-VAWA has to be PROVEN, it can not just be her making claims with no evidence. You saying she can not work ILLEGALLY (Since she has no EAD) is not abuse, it is following the LAW.
Agree! just like that

Good morning, so I received an interview date for July 8, however I go onto the website to register the appointment date and I’m not seeing that date available do I select any of the available dates?
Congrats!! Can I ask you how much time it took from "case documentarily qualified" at nvc until getting an interview? 😁

Congrats! May i know what doc you resubmitted yesterday?
Thank you! 💙 Sure... as the income tax return had to be supported with the w-2 form my spouse uploaded both in one pdf, so nvc replied saying they are unable to accept multiple documents together in one pdf so we had to upload each one in a different pdf, we were worried it would take a lot of days to get our case reviewed again for that mistake, but thank god it didnt, good luck to you 😌

Hi, yesterday (may 16th) we got our case and invoice number at nvc, uscis sent our case on april 18th, and was recieved at nvc on april 25th, so maybe you will hear something if your case was sent around those dates, hope it helps.🙃

My husband came here legally with a student Visa, he has it until 2020. I sent the documents on November for the I-130 but I forgot to sent the I-130A. Does this mean we will get a denial? Or we would most likely a RFE?? If so, while I wait for the RFE can he apply for I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status? So he can at least Start to work?
I'm very concerned. ..
Hi! my husband forgot to send the same form, We were worried about it, but we did get the RFE for that form, I`d say the only issue of it is the fact that it will delay your application, hope this helps

If you forgot the actual I-30, you're probably going to get denied right away. If you sent it nov 16th you should have at least NOA1 by now. If so, call USCIS, give them your case number and ask if you can send the missing paperwork. If not, just wait for news. No worries tho, you can apply again. There is a chance that they will take your money at this application, so make sure your next application has everything included! <--- Do not apply again before you have any news on your current application!
What is missing is the i130a, the i130 was sent🙂

Hello everyone, my spouse is a US Citizen and im overseas, USCIS recieved the petition on Nov 16th 2018 but we just found out he accidentally forgot to include the i130a form. We are concerned we would get a RFE but, our question is.. is it most likely to get a RFE or a denial instead?
Any helpful answer thanks! 😌
