I-854 ------> 125%
It is the current income that matters, and not specifically what you have earned before.

Consuls set there own standard and some do in fact use 125% regardless of the affidavit submitted, if any is even required.

Jakarta is historically pretty laid back. They might not look that closely at the I-134 and related docs. When my now-wife was interviewed, they just asked what I did, and I am assuming that since I was gainfully employed, they didn't give much of a look at her back-up documents.
And it sounds like you're not on maternity leave now, and earning your full pay, so a couple recent pay stubs should be fine.
