They made a big mistake on the paperwork which prolonged the duration of my case.
It was the first indicator of their incompetence.
Luckily the first Lawyer who I hadn't gone with because he charged a lot more was empathetic and gave great advice on how to fix the mistake.
You get what you pay for.

If it makes you feel any better my lawyer was a massive idiot. $2k wasted.

Email IV and copy ACS and ask them what’s the holdup and do they need anything else
