    I was just checking your previous posts:)) thank you for sensing that quick lol.. yes my argument was all psychological issues and financial hardship.. so I have to update them.. I will talk to my lawyer this week. We'll see.. I will update you guys thank you.🙏

    I got the same thing! Mine was really hard to prove because I applied through my mother. Try to see your lawyer as soon as possible so you can have a plan and prepare the response. You only have 30 days. Go back to all the arguments your lawyer used and think of different ways to make them stronger.  Also go back here and read the tips I got when I received mine. They were all very helpful. You got this! 🙏🏻

    Thank you! I will browse the posts.. I have some concerns but I think I can make it through.. wish me luck guys..🙏 

    First 3 and last 2 pages are all about waiver instructions.. and also there is a personal consideration which is 2 sentence.. officer who reviewed my case was actually helpful.. anyways will see..

    Guys, I just received the letter wich is 8 pages is all about my wife's extreme hardship.. and the officer also stated "NO EXTREME HARDSHIP DETERMINED"  pls Tyssa or someone who have been in same situation tell me that you almost have the same Rfe? I will arrange a meeting with my attorney this week but pretty much they are asking everything.. This is crazy😔🙈

You got this!  Someone told me this here right when I received my RFE and that helped me to remain calm and gather the info they asked me. You are close now very close to to get approved!!!  🙏🏻

    Let me know if you hear any experience with an employment-based green card interview. That’s my situation and I can’t seem to find anyone in a similar position! 

     

    I'm in a same situation 😁 Employment-based.. So don't forget me here afterwards.. but I will check around and let you know if I see anything similar..

    There are many Dec approvals showing on FB groups:( They totally skipped Nov 😁.. 

    And they are all talking about Potomac service center so slow these days.. I think that center is burned down 🤣 But vacations and labor week is over so I feel it's gettin closer to end.. 

     

    About the interview Tyssa, I always hear it's so simple and easy.. they mostly ask 1 or 2 questions about spouse. Like where did you meet and when did you get married.. so don't worry you will get your reward soon. But pls share your experience once you back..
