Somebody got a denial on FB groups.. First time seeing a denial wow.. This is crazy..

10-11 months of processing times are heading soon..  Heard from FB groups that summer vacations are taking place in the uscis offices.. this will cause slower processing.

Wow thank you for asking.. who is your lawyer? Mine is in Ridgefield Nj his name is Garo Bakmazian.. He told me that he has done this process more than 40 times in the past and got them all approval.. 😅

December getting approved but  October  and even some people from September still waiting 

In 3 days I can inquire about "outside normal processing time " ...

Not sure if I should do that , some people posted that after inquiry USCIS always responds with RFE ...

Yea! I have a friend still waiting from Oct 15.. I really want to know how do they pick 😒 my suggestion don't afraid to place an inquiry sometimes they skip or forget the cases..

Elliej, I see that you are from NJ.. do you know anything about getting a drivers license after 601a approved.? cause on that FB groups many state DMv's are accepting DL applications with approved 601a. that would be awesome if we can do it!

December receipts are getting approves have seen on FB groups.. I heard they are about to finish with October's..

Yes , after the approval it takes some quiet time to notify nvc side.. "30-90 days" after that you just wait for your appointment..

By the way, I just saw from FB groups that someone got rfe.. Receipt date Nov 23. And the rfe was about a major ticket that he got pulled over and given a surcharge because of driving with expired license "That was 10 years ago tho" And rfe was stating that he needs to prove that he paid all the necessary fees and make a statement on his behalf why he didn't include this with his original appapplication in the beginning. Wow wow.. 😔 so I'm most likely getting rfe guys cause I had the same situation 4 years ago..

How long it's been since the rfe that you sent Tysaa? It must be more than 2 weeks right?

Pretty much "I want to say 90 percent" applications are getting approved for this 601a.. either or after rfe.. The important and bothering part is overseas.. wishing everyone good luck here.. cause everyone deserves the best after all this patience..🙏🙏

Wow! They are really taking time.. this is insane telling you, someone needs to take action and solve this workload problem! This can't go like this.. They changed the processing times maybe more than 4 times in 6 months already..
