Houston this morning:
The interview was super short—maybe 5 minutes, definitely under 10. I waited for an hour, went through the swearing-in process, and then the tests started right away. A few questions, confirmation that I passed, and a brief explanation about the oath. That was it. Less than 10 minutes after I walked out, I already got the USCIS status update: "approved" and "Oath to be scheduled."
The officer was neutral but courteous—no small talk, just efficient.
