Hello... During medical Exam for Green Card, they ask the medical history and vaccination records. If I don't have any right now, from where I can get?? I am from India and Mumbai Consulate handling my spouse visa case. Do you have any idea about getting medical history in India??

Hi I guess during medical exam they ask you if you have any medical issues or any surgeries. They do some tests and thats how they find out if the person is having any medical issues. About vaccinations if you dont have any record, during medical exam they give you the required vaccinations. So, I believe if you do not have any medical issues you will be fine at the medical exam without any records. Because they still do the required tests on you.
