I had Dr. Ian Zatzman and the medical was in November. Perhaps they can reach out to him and figure out how to do it? Sorry I can't help much mine was not 2nd medical.
perhaps procedure is changed. They told issue is only related to 2nd medical.

There has to be an email address or fax that doctor can send the medical document directly. I had a case number issue and it was not in the system so my doctor said he'll send it directly (don't know exactly how but I think he said he'll use an "old" way). He then sent me an email to confirm that he sent it.
When did you do the medical? which doctor?
Dr. Lyndon Mascarenhas MD, CCFP office seems does not know the procedure. they informed me that they have more than 20 case with similar issue (all old cases doing 2nd medical).

i would confirm with your doctor that they did send the report over and then email the consulate again that the medical was sent in january. They are able to confirm about receipt of medical
That is the issue. Doctor is unable to send the report. They use some system to upload the report but can not find my case number in that system. Doctor is also waiting for response from consulate.

did they ask you to complete the medical in January 2022? if so, i would let the consulate know it was done and also ask the doctor if they in fact sent the files over. also its been two years since you did your police cert? thats a long time waiting!
can you give us a timeline of when you did your interview and when you got your DS 5535?
Yes. they asked me for new medical report on January 2022. I informed them by email that I completed the medical. response was "Any further processing of this immigrant visa case has been suspended until we receive the requested medical report". My interview was on July 2019 and I sent DS-5535 on the next day. However, case processing of EB2 was suspended some times because of Presidential Proclamation (P.P.) 10014.

HI,
I got request from consulate to send new medical report with police certificate, photo and passport as my previous medical report expired. I completed medical for second time on January 2022. Doctor informed me that they will send the report electronically due to new covid-19 rule. However, they still unable to send the report and waiting for solution from consulate although medical report was ready 1.5 month ago. Please suggest me what can I do in this situation?

I got an email from consulate that I need to send new medical report along with other documents as my medical report was expired. I completed the medical 2 weeks ago and doctor informed me that according to new covid-19 policy that they will submit report electronically. However, they still could not upload the report because id associated with my profile is expired.
Do you have similar experience or any advice on this?

Consulate should start processing EB2/EB3 visa soon based on this order:

@IK27, @dnvnlee, How was your interview today?

Visa bulletin is for August 2019. Will there be any impact for applicant with July interview date (e.g. reschedule interview or delay in visa issuance)?

I had it done at a vaccine clinic, not family doctor, family doctor refer you to community vaccine clinic anyways
My family doctor gave me DTAP. she told she will give MMR when she gets the result of MMRV immunity. MMRV test will also prove that I had chicken pox before.

Hi guys so I went to go get my vaccinations today MMR and DTaP. What is the actual instructions for getting Varicella vaccine? rules state that you don’t need varicella vaccine if you have already had chickenpox; I used to live in England and I now live in Canada so I don’t have any medical records stating I had chickenpox. I think it’s very rare that anyone would have a medical record that they had chicken pox as a child, even if they even went to GP/ family doc at that time.
The community health centre I went to today doesn’t do any kind of a serology blood testing. Does the medical require you bring along blood testing/serology to prove you have had chickenpox or do they that there?
where did you take MMR vaccine? My family doctor gave DTAP but asked for blood test to check immunity of MMRV.

Anyone who already completed the interview, can you suggest me on this?

Hi everyone,
I have a question about employer letter. Does employer need to send the physical copy to me? Or I can print the scanned copy that I received through email? Is this letter need to be notarized or sign of HR director is ok?

Will they send another email with information about scheduling medical exam?

got interview date today for 19-July. My CC date is 21-Feb (although received mail on 28-Feb).

Called NVC today, usual answer wait and do not know what month they are doing the visa interview schedule now. NVC not even helpful to give an approximate time period, if anybody know anything please post. I can see people from February still waiting for interview schedule.
I called NVC last week. They guy told that "When Montreal consulate will ask for one E2, we will send one E2 case from our queue. There is no guaranty that it will be based on earliest case closed date"
-
Probably. Last month there were no new interview date emails for Montreal after 9th (based on data in this thread and tracker).

Hello All, I'm new to the post and this thread is incredibly helpful. I'm waiting for my CC for my EB2 case in Montreal. Just called NVC and they claimed they schedule interviews only based on CC dates not FB/EB difference. This is apparently not true according to what's happening at Montreal.
When is your CC date? As per your timeline, you received packet 3 on 1st April. Is your case already sent to Montreal?

Hello everyone, I've been following this forum and this is the first time I'm writing. I am so disappointed that I'd like to share it here. I feel like nobody else can understand me now. Our case complete is January 29th and on March 22nd, I got the e-mail for the interview that at the consulate, which was April 30th. It was later than we expected but we were still very happy and excited. We got the tickets for the whole family which cost more than $5,000, informed kids' school about the absence and got the medical exam appointment. Today I received an email from the consulate saying " due to unexpected staff shortage, they had cancelled our interview and they will inform us in 4 -5 weeks about a new appointment date". I am so very frustrated and I can't believe how cruel this is! The excuse is horrible! The inconvenience they are causing is so big but they don't even bother to reschedule and ask for us to wait 4- 5 weeks more. As per our lawyer, this is normal, it happens!! Has anyone else experienced something like this? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
what is your consulate?

Hello everyone,
We (group of 3) entered USA one month ago. Today, I checked the status in USCIS. 2 out of 3 cards are already printed and mailed. But there is no status change for one person. Is it normal?
