    Has anyone brought "derivative beneficiaries", a.k.a. minor children, with their spouse/fiance?  I think I read they did not have to attend the embassy appointment.  Any input on the medical exams or experiences at the port of entry?  I plan on traveling to the Dominican Republic a few days before they move to help my husband pack and to help with the two kids (ages 6 & 10) on the trip.
