    Receipt Number: MSC

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

    Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On May 17, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

    told u that u would

  2. i am certain you will have it approved tomorrow morning

    Hi rajc:

Thank you for your reply. I just got to know that I got a touch today on both I-130 and I-129F.

I was certainly not as organized as you were with your file. Hope that doesnot delay my approval. I am just hoping for something good by next week.

This is what I sent with my application:

    Completed I-130 and I-129F

    For both, I sent:

    G-325A for husband and wife

2 passport pictures with name on the back and my A number

    My Naturalization certificate

    copy of my passport

Marriage certificate form the registrar (but mine don't have pictures)

Affidavit from the priest who performed the marriage and one from my husband's friend who attended the marriage

    6 wedding pictures

    Wedding invitation with I-130

Hope this is enough information for a speedy approval without a RFE.

  3. thank you!

i just found this page http://travel.state.gov/visa/laws/telegram...grams_1399.html

it says you do not need to fill out i 864 until AOS. Is this so? then i am really confused about what i need to do now?

    23. Standard IV processing is followed, including NCIC namechecks, police certificates, pertinent birth/marriage/divorce/death certificates, standard IV medical exam minus the vaccination requirement, and relationship bonafides, Ref E, 18-25. Unlike K1s and K2s, the IV system will not yet accept K3 as a visa class, and so the systems processing takes place exclusively in NIV. K3s must be issued in the country where the marriage took place, unless there is no IV or NIV issuing post in the country, see Ref E, 15-17. Applicants fill out two copies of the DS-156 NIV application form; they are not required to submit the new DS-157 form. Note that neither an I-864 or an I-134 is required; K3 applicants must present the I-864 when they adjust status in the United States with USCIS. Posts should not routinely require an I-134, except in those cases where the consular officer deems it necessary to overcome any public charge considerations that might arise from documents presented or the interview.

  4. i know this question has been asked many times "my k3 got approved whats happens next?" well, i have tried to find the answer and can't actually find a thread or site that explains what steps that i will need to take next.

i will appreciate any links and directions. feel free to say RTFM cause i deserve that. its just been an excited day but very long day at work. please help!

i am particularly looking for the names of of papers that i need to fill out.

    thanks

  5. Also, the photos i had selected were as follows (i used the same photos for both application):

1 with her entire family and i at the wedding

1 wiht her and my family at the wedding

1 where she is putting the ring on my finger

1 where i am putting the ring on her finger

2 taken during the wedding ceremony

1 of just and her at the reception

    1 with entire family together

2 random ones of her and i togher at the reception

i had labeld the pictures identifing who was in the picture as well as marked them as wethere it was taken at the recption or at the wedding. i know it sounds ridiculous but hey it could have just helped.

by the way, for her interview i have made copies of both applications as it was sent in. We will also use our wedding pix, honey moon pix, (selected ones ;)), phone records, and probably some other items as i come across.

    i hope this helps!
