      Thank you so much.

  2. Yes this is correct! I instructed the same thing. My i-485 receipt came in a week later cause of the holiday. Attached a copy of that (797 c) accepted receipt and one of the rejected receipt with updated i-765 form. For reasoning of the original rejection so they know and not reject again for no payment. Tragic. Good luck!
  3. We had the same issue, before you resend the updated i-765 form. Make sure you attach a copy of your accepted i-485 receipt (797 c) and rejected i-765 (797 c) receipt so they know that you filed concurrently.
  4. Hello, I too received Our accepted noa for i-485 and i-131 but a noa rejection for i-765 for outdated form incorrect fee. We really did on accident sent the 12/2019 version ugh. I called uscis to get a understanding because I don't want to send anymore money if we don't need too ๐Ÿ˜. She said resubmit our new i-765 forms with a copy of noa rejection of first i-765 and noa of acceptance of i-485 as proof it was filed concurrently. Oh and attached that green form on top of package so that's first thing they see. No need to write a letter of explanation . I was asking it all to the tee. So I'll follow her advice. Idk with all these changes it's hard to keep up or even they make errors. Good luck
  5. Good luck always on your journey !!

  6. Yes patience is a virtue! True everyone's cases is different and will have different outcomes but it was only natural to feel like that ๐Ÿ˜ฉ plus we are a 2019 K1 applicant. At lease will be at ease for now ๐Ÿ˜Š
  7. *UPDATE* Happy to say on 10/5/2020 my personal check was cashed as a ACH payment by USCIS chicago payment. Will keep a eye out for receipt by electronic or mail. Slowly but surely!! It was accepted. Filed 8/29/2020 Delivered 8/31/2020 Check cashed 10/5/2020 To be continued - Information for those who been waiting a long time like me.
  8. Hello, I'll give it a try to see if they can us too. I saw a July applicant had a waiting period of 40+ days ๐Ÿ˜ถ kinda long time. Thank you for sharing this information! ๐Ÿ˜Š
  9. Hello and greetings to all ๐Ÿ˜Š, On 8/29/2020 we filed the AOS as K1 recipient and it was delivered by USPS on 8/31/2020 to Chicago Lock Box. Now it's 9/30/2020 we have yet to here anything nor has our check been cashed, so getting nervous about what's going on. Little back story ๐Ÿ˜ฎ our K1 visa process was in 2019 and we married by sep 2019. Was not able to file AOS @ the time because my income was insufficient for the previous year but now after redoing the medical exam and etc and I found a co sponsor we picked up and continuing where we left off almost a year later ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜ฉ. Anyways I'm seeing mostly everyone's post here that within a 2 to 3 weeks time frame their AOS package is being accepted and checks cashed etc and we are concerned hm a month later nothing ๐Ÿค” I guess I can try emailing the LockBox and see what's going on? anyone else having to wait a month + please advise. Congratulations to everyone getting there's processed ๐ŸŽ‰
