Thanks so much for your help. I managed to speak to a human and they gave me ny receipt number.

Thank you for your response. They eventually accepted my fiances documents....and we did DNA. We finalized process in February  and are now in USA

Thank you Fogi. We did pay for shipping and the kit was meant to be sent via fedex and it had tracking number. We started getting worried when the lab advised that kit hasn't left South Africa after 10 days of doing the testing. Tracking number still reflects that kit is in South Africa. Noone is responding to our calls and emails and it is frustrating.

Case left NVC yesterday... checked status today and it says READY but no email as yet. Waiting for the email to schedule interview. Yaye!
