Its been a while since i was here, im a 2018 October filler and still nothing happened...crickets
Lawyer saying need to wait... paid twice for a work permit application due to her saying that some rules changed and 2 years so far and nothing, all i hear is that need to wait and if she will have news for me she will be the one reaching out to inform and pretty much not to bug her with this type of question.
I asked the lawyer recently if we are doing everything possible to somehow maybe expedite or at least get a freaking answer it just cant be only silence for that long... lately thinking more and more of just call it a good 15 year journey in us and just move to a different country in europe and leave everything behind...
Anyone here in same situation like mine?
By the way congratulations to everyone on their applications!
@NiceGuyXLE I am in the same situation. I am waiting since November 2018.

Hello people,I recently changed my address after is submitted all forms to uscis and my attorney sent a change of address form to Vermont. But still received a biometric appiontment for the old City I was leaving.whay do I do?
You probably need to set up an Infopass appointment calling the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 or 1-800-767-1833.
Or try the link https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do
I saw some cases here that people asked to change the address a lot of times and they didn't change.

Have someone traveled with AP in the last six months?
If yes, please, tell me if everything went well.
I am planning to travel with my AP for the first time and I am feeling insecure.
Thank you

Hi!
I applied to AP on November/2018, but I haven't received anything yet.
I need to travel next week to work event. I asked my lawyer about an urgent AP and he said "we have to reach out to USCIS regarding the expedite request; however, in order to inquire about a case that is related to an I-360 application, we must call a special phone number and leave a message, which they state will be returned."
Does someone have experience with Expedite Request for AP? Or urgent AP request?

This journey has transformed me and appreciated all the sacrifices that we have gone through. Through all the challenges, I have always been reminded that it's not only about surviving the violence. It's also about the strength of character. There's always a rainbow at the end of the tunnel. Always listen to your guts. If something is not right, walk away. Sometimes the red flags are obvious but we try to ignore. To God Be the Glory! Bless us all!
I am so much grateful I chanced upon this forum. My vow is to help in anyway I can. And if my journey can help to share, just let me know. My timeline below. Detailed journey coming soon. Thanks.

On this very special day, I am praying for the great weather, for the officer who will handle the interview, for the traffic, for my energy and stamina. Shed buckets of tears. Heart broken, penniless, jobless, homeless, a child to take care of, traumatized by DV, and going thru divorce filed by ex thinking I could be deported if I became unmarried. Plus the continuous bullying by calling our friends to stop communicating with me. But I have rose above my circumstances victoriously. I have prepared myself so much for this day to come. Mind , body, soul. Thanks for your support and prayers.Congratulations!!!!

Nothing to worry, I received the same on December 2018, my AP was denied until my I485 gets adjudicated or my I131 gets approved, the USCIS Officer said that to me on Dec 27 2018.
Thank you @FridayGirl@69 =D
Did you receive a letter or anything saying that they denied or did you call them? Thank you
