    Yes, I read something like that too, when is a emergency you can go to your local office and I think they stamp your passport or they give you a letter.

    To find out look the case numbers, you have a case number for EAD and another case number for I-485. Congratulations!

    Yuo can apply for AP no problem still free won’t hurt anything. You may have your interview before you get the AP at this point. But that will depend of your local office processing times.

    He didn't approved or denied us nor he said that he'll review our case. He didn't gave us any paper that people get when they are not approved on the spot. But I'm confused that why its taking so long to get any update.  We had our interview on 26th feb and now its almost two weeks.  Its still showing interview is scheduled on uscis portal. 

     

     

    Same here, but my interview was on January 30th IO didn’t approved or denied no paper, just that they will reviewed. I heard of people that has been waiting for more than 90 or 120 days. Hopefully they don’t take that long to approve our cases.

    I went from f2b to f3 family base category, I have the 245(i)  and also my wife is using my 245(i) ( as after aquaire) and Im using cross-chargeability (Im from Mexico and my wife is from Venezuela) which no all of the IO’s are aware of it, They does not know what is about.     I had my interview last week and the officer was not very informed about my case she said it was very confusing and yes it is, but we’re interviewed me and wife  (derivative) all the yes / no questions, how  We met, where, She kept photos where we’re with our children, saw the marriage certificate etc ... in the end she only said that on Fridays they reviewed the cases that they could not solve during the week and that was all, she did not give me any paper. and so far nothing my status keeps saying that the interview was scheduled.

    Probably you already find out but yes you can get a DL.  in FL. with you receipts form USCIS a long with the I-130, your passport and the petitioner paasport or ID, Birth certificate etc etc just bring everything you have.
