Hi everyone, 

I have been busy therefore have not been able to follow as much, this may have been answered already but my fiance has his interview coming up on 3/19 and I am working on the affidavit of support, does anyone know if this can be electronically signed or should I mail it to him with my written signature? They also are asking for my birth certificate , I am worried about sending my original birth certificate I don't want to lose it. Do you think a copy would suffice? Thanks.

Our NOA2 date was 1/11/19 but both new and old websites are still saying "case received" should I be concerned about this? attempted to contact NVC this morning but the line said they had too many calls and said to try again later. I sent an email hoping they will get back to me about our case number. 

@Greenbaum Thank you , this is so helpful ! I am the petitioner 😃 So my fiance will not receive packet 3 in the mail? I will let him know we need to do the online request. He was wondering if his documentation needs to be translated to english like the rest of his information was when we completed the I129F , such as his record check? I guess I will have to wait until I get our case number before we can get started on any of this. 

@Greenbaum Do you have any information on packet 3 for Vietnam ? or any information at all regarding their process? Thanks in advance 😃

Congrats to everyone who has been approved -- out NOA 1 date on the new site is Aug. 17th but still have not heard anything for NOA2 , we are getting very worried now =/
