Wait, you didn’t get a NOA but you have EAD approved already? That’s great! Confusing, but great!
Nope i meant my noa (April 9) supposedly will show up as the last date to be filing case inquiry in processing time section that day when it move backwRds to march 10.
Thank you. Waited 171 days for this.🤣

OMG! Randomly checked the case tracker app. EAD being produced and was approved 2 days ago.
Friday supposed to be the day my noa will show up but it moved backward. I reached out to USCIS to inquire about the incident and the possibility of filing a case inquiry and the tier 1 said they cannot do anything about it since it is within normal processing.
All along he knew it was approved already. What’s with this people.😭
*old uscis website not update. Got my update thru case tracker and new uscis website.
sending good vibes this week...

Thanks @Joan58 so I guess they don't really update their system on regular bases.
Or maybe just wait for service requestLooks like submitting a service request is a way to speed things up...
I am so excited to submit an inquiry tom since its processing cases april 9 today. Then ive checked and saw that they moved backeards for a month. They’re at march 10 again.😭 so frustrating.

I heard from two different call center tier 1 guys last week that officer someone worked on my case last Wednesday 6pm. One said "worked on my case" and another one said "it's touched". They say they can see it, but nothing else than that.
But my status is still same, fingerprint is done for a week. Is that any sign that my ead is going to be processed soon??? I didn't see anyone heard of this from tier 1 recently.
They moved a month backwards. From april 9 they are back to march 10.

Hi Gheyish,
We submit our i485 in June 2018 and My husband got received his EAD card in Oct 2018.
thank you for your response and congratulations! 😃

- thank you so much. Yes, it does help me hugely to have someone in the same field office. 😃 This waiting game is taking its toll on me.hahaha. By the way, are we allowed to get AB 60 drivers license at least since we are not able to acquire drivers license not until we have the EAD/greencard.

I am searching for a thread with santa ana as field office and applied to change status from a k-1. just applied aos last april 2019. received an rfe a month after and by june received a notice saying "ready to be schedule for an interview" after submitting the required document for the rfe.
I hope you can help me out in this long waiting by simply giving a glimpse of your timeline first from the NOA1 to ead being issued;
second from interview is ready to be schedule to the interview schedule.
I am currently a housewife and im dying to convince hubby to let me work and he promised to let me once I have the EAD. (not used to being unemployed.)

Any of you guys with sta. Ana as their field office?

Update:
i received the rfe. And it says something about the i-864 unable to meet above poverty line status. But as far as my hubby and i know his income and irs taxes shows sufficient for the filling thats why we dont use joint sponsor. Is there any other way to clarify this to uscis? Somebody in the same boat?

Everyone knows when the next shipment is except you. Did you even read my post that you quoted. It gives two DATES that shipments will leave NVC. I would recommend that you begin to read some of the history in this thread as the topic has been discussed over and over. Shipments leave every other week. They leave on Tuesday and WEDNESDAY. Next shipment is WEDNESDAY (today). Then after that 12/11 & 12. This pattern has been repeated over and over for the past 3 months.
