Yeah you dont need to give any original document unless the CO ask. And in pakistan they didn’t ask for any thing in packet 3 but they sent an email for packet 3 to bring all the adocuments which is asked in packet 3 for the interview.

That was definitely a copy. Why it would be original?

Yeah we did add co sponsor’s citizenship proof like passport and naturalisation certificate and all the supporting documents and signed i134 as well from the co sponsor and the other i134 signed form from my fiance. Actually I submitted two i134 forms. We gave w2s 1040 irs tax returns bank statement pay stubs and everything in order.

What kind of evidence they want? Although I submitted all the required documents with i134 forms. I am the beneficiary.

Dear @Greenbaum sir i need you here again may god bless you sir!! I have a question that if ceac.state.gov website says that your case is ready for your interview. And the second thing is they say please wait until you have been notified for your interview appointment.. what does it mean sir i mean where i am gonna get that notification. Will the embassy notify me or nvc. I am the beneficiary.

@Greenbaum sir do you have p3 letter for pakistan islamabad embassy? I just got my case number from nvc. Can i make appointment for medical with nvc case number?

Interesting however I emailed my embassy and asked a few questions about their interview process, my embassy told me the NVC will schedule my fiancé interview and about this same time the embassy will get my case from the NVC.....so it appears My Fiancé and I will be told what date our embassy interview will be....I just hope it’s soon!

Hi i am lil confused that my noa2 letter says that we approved your above petition and forwarded to the consulate. What does it mean? And i called consulate and they said that you're gonna received your packet from embassy so you have to wait for that. They didn't sent me case to the NVC ??

Mr @Greenbaum if noa2 says that your case forwarded to the consulate instead of nvc what does it mean? And if beneficiary have any question about case so can call to the consulate directly. ???

I will be researching on the forums/website for next steps and how I can hopefully save some time in next steps.

 

PS: I didn't receive an email.  I recommend using "Case Tracker" App on Android (and USCIS for IOS??), and it will show alert when you are approved.
