Yeah, I was actually on the phone with him when I opened my e-mail. I wasn't expecting to see the NOA2. I really wanted to scream, but I didn't want to rupture his eardrums!! But I was crying and as soon as we said good night, I was totally screaming and crying at the same time.

There is NOTHING you can do to be approved, other than submit a carefully prepared and complete package. Once you've filed for the I129F, all you can do is WAIT. I submitted in November as well and I have heard nothing either. I know the wait feels terrible, but all you can do is be patient. You will eventually get the approval and move on to the next stage of waiting for an interview.
