Wondering if anyone is or was stuck in AP in Tbilisi. My dad had his interview 5-29-19. Was missing a military record statement. Embassy received it via TNT on 6-17 (Baku filers). On 6-27 emailed few questions, to which he responded same day. No updates since then. At the interview The consul said it would take 8-9 to issue visa after he'd mail the missing doc. Nearly 2 months and still under AP. Anyone else?

Looking to see if anyone faced a similar situation at the same or any other consulate. My father was missing a doc showing he had no military affiliations at his May 29th interview. He received a 221g pink form. The embassy received the doc and his passport on June 17th. June 27th they emailed him asking to answer 6 questions (names of siblings, travel, work description, prior passport numbers). Responded same day. They responded to wait for an email with further instructions. Still nothing. Country of citizenship Azerbaijan. My dad never served in military, clean record, retired but was an engineer with a steel recycling facility.
Anyone else?

A month sounds about right from what I've seen too. No reason given to your fiance for 221g?? Did they at least say he was approved? My dad's interview was on May 29th and he was missing military record. He mailed in and they accepted it but instead of issuing the visa, then sent him follow up questions about his travel history, work and siblings names. That was June 27th with last update on 28th. My mom got her visa and now they are in limbo waiting.

Anyone has CC for Tbilisi, Georgia? Mine are 3/11 and 3/15.

Yeah. The non CR1/IR1 take longer to schedule and sometimes get their notices at different times.
Would other IR categories be at different time too? I would think they are given same priorities as Spouces. Curious.. CC 3/11 and 3/15 here.

I know how frustrating it is, I am waiting since March 19 ( eight days now) for them to review the new documents I uploaded, but they didn't yet. I had notice on 19th about rejected documents. After I replaced them the status keeps the same. It seems an endless journey...
I hope you get the date for the interview soon and it goes well.
Regards from Brazil
Takes them about 12-16 days to re-review.
I had CC on 11th and 15th (two parents). Still waiting for the interview in Georgia. April scheduling is done for most countries. Fingers crossed we will hear end of this or next week.

I got an email too for my mom documentarily qualified today, nothing change on the status nor no new message on ceac account, but my dad’s case, still waiting, they asked to submit my 2017 tax transcript 2 weeks ago and until now no update, i got new message on ceac with my dad plus the documents changed to accepted. Hope they will interview at the same time
Have you been able to tell them that your parents should interview together? I can't reach them. Either their lines are bust or I wait for so long that something comes up and I have to hang up. My mom is CC still waiting on dad.

ChristianB, did your documents go from submitted to accepted in a day like Nostra’s?
All of mine has been in “submitted” status since March 8th. I’m checking all the time. No change, no emails either.
Can others also comment, if being in “submitted” status for 5 days normal? Do they usually change to “accepted” in a couple of days?
I submitted both parents on 3/7. Moms was CC 3/11 but dads is still "submitted".

Submitted 3/7 and CC is today 3/13.
This gives me hope. Submitted for both parents on 7th and got CC for mom on Monday. Have been trying to reach them to ask about setting up interview for both parents at the same time but can't get through. Says the line is busy. Anyone else getting through?

Its logging me out every time I try.
1. File under 2MB? 2. Using chrome or explorer? 3. Try later as it might be heavy traffic in their site. Hang in there!

My dad's case took 2 weeks to get clear and i was calling them everyday and kept telling me will tell the supervisor, i paid jan 28 and on process for 2 weeks, Now my mom i paid Feb28(thursday) and until now still on process, they told me this morning 1 full week to get clear
Very unusual. Mine is USBank. Dad's payment cleared in 2 days and I submitted my mom's yesterday, expecting it to open the 260 form tomorrow. When I check my bank account, it says posted on 3/06.
