  1. When i filed my i751 in 2019 for my conditional it was extended with the extension letter.
  2. what a nightmere i went through same ordeal with my ex usc spouse she went to court to lie to get an OOP on me the judge was laughing at her the next day for her stupidity im in the N400 process my i751 was a divorce waiver, you will be fine get a good attorney to fight your case, make sure you tell the officer the truth at interview day all that has happened.
  3. Your case is the same as me my USC treated me like a slave slept in the cold garage for 3 weeks in fall season she filed for a divorce after i refused to sign just a documentation that i didn't understand all throughout being married to her she threatened to call immigration if i didn't do what she wanted everyday, she even went to the aspect of seizing my passport, greencard and other documents threatening to lie to the immigration so i can get deported, she aborted our baby just to punish me, instead of my dying from those emotional abuses it only made me became even stronger
  4. No it’s not if you plead guilty or admitted to the finding evidence in the charging documents https://www.courts.wa.gov/content/manuals/Immigration/chapter6.pdf Convictions Under Immigration Law CHPTR 6.pdf
  5. Hey guys I had a case similar to jane and it was a DV malicious mischief but case was fought and dismissed after my ex went back to court and admitted she made things up just because she wanted to teach me a lesson however the court requested me to get into SOC to take a therapy class which I did and the case was dismissed with prejudice, however I went on and file my N400 last year October and I had consulted with different attorneys it’s always something different and I stumbled upon a post here on VJ which says it’s fine that a dismissal case is not a conviction to USCIS however should I be worried about anything am in Washington state and my N400 interview is in May this year
