  1. Fake claims, lawsuits, cheaply made houses, nature...
  2. Unless someone has access to USCIS internal operation docs, nobody can answer such question.
  3. You don't seem to have any ties to the US, read the page https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/after-we-grant-your-green-card/maintaining-permanent-residence Of course it's up for debate, but even though you can technically submit for N400, there's no guarantee they will approve you. And once your 10 year GC expires, they won't likely to extend it. What would you answer if the immigration judge ask what you need the GC for? To spend a month per year in the US? A tourist visa can do just fine, even better, no visa is required for an EU person.
  4. In general, they can't adjudicate your N400 before the 751. Some people passed N400 interview but still have to wait for a long time to get it fully approved. Though those are rare.
  5. Embassy employees have no idea about US immigration docs. You should check with the airlines. I've been traveling the expired gc and extension letter, and now the temporary stamp in the passport just fine. To Europe, Mexico, and Canada.
  6. There's no age restriction so you can just go ahead. There's one caveat: "The joint sponsor (or the joint sponsor and his or her household) must reach the 125% income requirement alone. You cannot combine your income with that of a joint sponsor to meet the income requirement.
  7. Maybe just resend the whole thing and more evidence since you submitted the AOC package. Did you go through interview for AOC? If not, this time they prolly just want to skip the interview and approve your case if there's sufficient evident.
  8. nada for me as well. They keep pushing inquiry day back
  9. This may sound cliché, but a good way to get courage is to remind yourself the reason you started it. It will be a long journey.
  10. I know, I've been to Europe many many times, that's my question for the person I quoted. In Houston, you send them all the scanned docs via email, once they say it's ok, that's when you schedule the appointment. It took them one day to issue my visa.
  11. how can you apply for a visa if you don't know what to submit? For the Spanish consulate in Houston, you have to bring all docs to their office.
  12. Surely apply for Global Entry. It scans your face and print out a piece of paper, then you can just walk right in. I've been traveling everywhere with the expired card and extension letter, no problem.
