You should get 10 years because normally they count day from the date you entered USA.

If you are married for less than two yrs during visa issuance you will get a Conditional Statud which your GC will be good for only 2 yrs. So visa category would shown CR1. If youare married more than 2 yes upon issuance you  will receive a 10 yrs GC as IR1 category 

eyah I know how you guys feel, don't want NVC to schedule me for November,want December appointment my second wedding anniversary is Feb,wife coming Dec leaving second week of Jan,will be joining her after second anniversary in Feb,for all my vj brothers and sisters that will have November appointment wish you all a fast appointment letter and a wonderful approval in Jesus name Amen.

If you have an appointment on November, you can  wait 6 months before traveling though. Your visa will be ok as long your medical is accurate, which means you have 6 months after your medical visit to use your visa. I can't wait to be done with the process. Long distance relationship isn't easy.

@OandO I pray we receive it this week,I have remove my mind and put it in God's hand cause it causes unnecessary depression all I know we must receive it cause it is a must, we don't know the particular time that's why we are desperate to have our P4,our P4 is on his way to our email soonest .

Have you done your second wedding anniversary?if you have then is IR1 but if you have not done your second wedding anniversary then is CR1 which is conditional relative which last for 2yrs before removing the condition to have your 10yrs green card and it takes 16months for this process.

It means ur case has gotten to ur consulate where u are going to have ur interview.

Dont worry, they will, by middle of the month u will get ur interview date by the grace of God.

No update yet we waiting like kilode I don't know why they have not started scheduling for applicant in Nigeria .
