Some people get denied with the CR-1 as well, there is no guarantee of an approval because you do a CR-1 instead of a K-1.
 
Main thing is proof of a bonafide relationship/marriage, more face-time (meeting in person) always helps.
Age difference with the female being the older one may raise a bit of scrutiny, considering your country of origin.

K1 is more expansive CR1 is cheaper the best one is CR1 the age difference cause no problem when you love each other all best......

A lawyer won't help you get a visa approval. The only thing they can help you with is putting together the paperwork, and I'd say that VJ is a better resource, especially when it comes to a high fraud country like Morocco. The best advice has already been given (spend a lot of time together, consider marriage and a CR1 visa).
 
You could go the K1 route, but given that your age difference is greater than 10 years, I do think a CR1 visa is a safer option. K1 approvals in Casablanca are rare, and while CR1 visas are also difficult to obtain, you have at least shown some dedication in getting married. You might also have the option to reaffirm the case if you were to be denied (unlike the K1 where if you are denied, you start over from the beginning with a new visa petition).
