Gonzala got a reaction from DJClaire in Photos
When you read the instructions carefully it says 2 pass photos for each form (so 6 altogether). I sent only 4 because I thought I don't need them for the I-131. I was very worried and asked here what to do when I found out. Some people replied that they have been fine with only 4 photos and I also found in an internet forum that you need only 4 if you get the combo card (EAD+AP) but in retrospect I would always send 6 photos to be on the safe side (although my petitions were approved without any problems)
I think OP meant passport photos?!

Gonzala got a reaction from SalishSea in Visitor Visa - Chances of Approval
A friend of mine from Germany also got a B-2 visa without any problems. He had been in Iran (with a travel group) and therefore couldn't apply for ESTA. I think if your reasons for needing a visa are reasonable, it is possible.

Gonzala got a reaction from oceaninspired in July 2018 AOS Filers
I also wanted to give a progress report. I filed on July 6th 2018 and had my interview on January 14th 2019. Yesterday I got a notification in the online system that the "new card is being produced".
Good luck to everyone!!!

Yes, it was approved within 6 weeks back in July. But I have the feeling that now processing times are faster...

Weird... Did you get the confirmation email when you signed up for an account?
Yes, calling USCIS may be the safest option. Good luck!

You don‘t have to send anything. The I612 is automatically started with the letter from DoS. You get the receipt notice from USCIS with your petition number (I797c).

Gonzala got a reaction from MagdalenaB in I forgot the 2 photos for I-131 - what to do?
Hello
I filed I-485, I-765 and I-131 together and just received the receipt notice. Now, I found out that I needed 2 photos for the I-131 which I haven’t included. (I only included the photographs for the I-485 and the I-765). Does anyone know from someone in a similar situation?
One lawyer suggested to retract the I-131 and then re-file it. But I‘m a bit hesitant because I don‘t want my process to be messed up.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated!
Thank you very much!

I have an approved I-140 but you can send everything together. You need the waiver for the I-485. DoS sends the letter to USCIS and a copy to you.
