Hi there. I changed my last name with the marriage certificate at social Security office. I just couldn’t shorten my first name but changing last name wasn’t a problem.

do you have another sso near you? Try going to another one.

Yes. I changed my last name at ssa office and sent the aos and ead forms with new last name    Just show the marriage certificate and say you want to change your last name. They will issue you the card with new last name. For the bio appointment. Don’t forget the bring the marriage certificate too

Hi all, I’m working on form I 864 and the question of my current annual household income. Should I put in the number on 2018 tax return or use my husband’s current pay slips(from Jan till now 2019)  to predict 2019 income?
