CSC filing timeline
 
4/9/2018: Sent our packet via FedEx overnight to CSC physical address.
4/10/2018: Packet signed for at CSC and FedEx tracking site updated to show packet delivered.
5/11/2018: Called CSC (32 days since packet received). Transferred to Tier 2 who told us to call back every week until we hit 60 days, then re-file. Advised that, due to H1 filings and a computer system upgrade, time to enter I-751 into system was increased from 30 days to 60 days.
5/21/2018: Called CSC (42 days since packet received) and spoke with Tier 1 who refused to transfer to Tier 2. Tier 1 told us to re-file because our packet was obviously lost.
5/22/2018: We decided to sit tight and wait it out another week.
5/24/2018: CHECK CASHED!!!!!!!!! 
 
Total time from date the packet was sent to CSC and date the check was cashed: 46 days.

I think people from VSC are not allowed anymore to write here..  (just a joke!) I always freak out and then I see VSC! Think we Cali-people need our own pity party here..

My cash was checked yesterday, 5/23/2018. (Couldn't check till today because I got logged out of the account due to multiple fail entries. Yay panic!) My application was received by USCIS on 4/10/2018. For those of you whose I751 was received around this time, I'd say just give it a couple more days (or at least till the end of the week) before you panic. It seems like CSC is finally moving along and they hit 4/10 applications sometime yesterday/today. Good luck everybody! 

My package was received april 9th too. I got worried and called them, officer told no case is in the file yet. Emailed them, and got the exact same email that you have posted here. I wrote the wrong check, instead of DHS i wrote USCIS, i thought once the process starts moving they will return my package. Someone told me to resend the package and not to wait. But I just waited until I get some reply from USCIS. I checked my account this morning, my check was cashed. So hang in there and wait for next week. I am sure they will work with your file.

Just called USCIS since it's been a month and a half and as I mentioned before I never checked my tracking number to nake sure my packet had been delivered. Well I was given a receipt number so I feel relieved! I mailed out my packet on April 10th. I was told I should get my NOA soon.

My package was received by CSC on 4/9 and they just cashed my check today. Maybe just wait for another two business days and see how it goes. Good thing is CSC is picking up their paces.

I saw April 9 people got their NOA's and check being cashed, I was worried and decided to call USCIS this morning.
 
Tier 1 agent told  me that they already sent the NOA yesterday and provided me with the receipt numbers. 
 
Yay  No words can express how happy I am today.

My package was delivered April 10th, and today my check was cashed. 44 Days.

I just checked my bank account online and it's finally showing pending for the check being cashed!

I'm thinking we will get the NOA on Saturday or early next week. I've never been more happy to see money being taken out of my account.

It takes sometimes up to 3 days until the cashing of a check shows on your bank account!

Yay. They received my case. And gave me status number. So glad . Waiting for NOA now. So relieved.

I am sure you are good, as well. When they send a package back they do it super quickly. Most likely someone is in charge of opening all of our packages and looking that everything is in it. Then they give those complete packages to someone else who processes the payment and enter everything in the system, which issues the noa. Most likely it didn't go to that second person in so long (all the time we were waiting) as they have severe backlog.

Recieved at CSC on 4/9. No NOA yet but we haven't had mail delivered yet. Will update as soon as it gets here.
 

The first time I have sent our paperwork they sent it back within a week because they asked for something. I'm sure you are fine ☺
