    I need answeres. I am leaving for Jordan tomorrow and am not sure about the order now of what goes where.

    We just had noa 2 and a letter was sent that the US Embassy would have the case info within the week.

    To all those who have reciently gone thru this...

    Does your date for interview come first?

    Do you have to send in all papers first?

    What do you need exactly as my husband has a hell of a time getting mail!

    Honeymoon Hotels...

    Ok I am looking for a hotel. One with AIR CONDITIONING. If I am going to be on a honeymoon. I want a BED not something that passes as a bed. I want a room without bugs.. (sorry Julianna Im a big fat baby with bugs). Running water would be very much appreciated. While on the subject of wishes, how about a pool (indoor as well as outdoor) a hot tub,,, you know, honeymoon stuff.

    I have only looked on travelocity and they show about 25 hotels. But where have you all stayed? I mean I want to always remember this honeymoon as the one to die for.... ect. Besides I want someplace nice to stay while dh has to work... yes the darned project he is working on didnt finish in time. He will have to work.

    Come on ladies.. I need your imput! I leave the end of this month!!!

    All things happen for a reason. I know when people use to tell that to me, esp the begining of this year, I would get angry!

    But I have a job I love, my husband will hopefully be here by the end of this year... God has a plan for us all. We only know in hindsite why he does what he does and what his plans were...

    I looked online...Last thing was the NOA1

    I have a call into my lawyers office.

    Ok since my NOA2 for my husband two weeks ago I have been excited about their coming. Untill I realized....I havent heard anything on my step daughters NOA2... Is this normal? What if he goes in to the interview and she hasnt gotten her NOA2 yet? What will happen? He cant leave her with his sisters... it just isnt done. Would he have to wait? Is this normal? Anyone have valium??? LOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :clock:

    OKay I am going to ask a stupid question. USCIS does try to process families together (keepingthe files banded together). Is it possible that the NOA2 simply didn't arrive and she was approved without you knowing it?

    ouch, waxing hurts too much. i got lasered. ;)

    Ok I worked today. Got home made the girls go to their rooms untill they could come out without fighting.. waited for my husband online, he didnt show, nor did he text me.

    I havent been online much at all in what... a month or so. Now I have alittle time, Im getting paranoid about the whole visa thing.. you know police reports and how he would have to go to yemen to get it, and my step daughters noa2 not comming.... And I hate flying... big time. I think I need to do laundry and perhaps go swimming. Maybe get a frozen coke... Go to a movie?

    what is the slumber party? Does it involve running away from home for a day?

    Anyone use the sugaring wax thing while I am at it?

    can this be done for Yemen???

    You wife can designate an agent in a power of attorney document, and this agent should be granted a power to obtain documents and conduct business on behalf of your wife. My mom obtained this certificate for me and she has the general power of attorney. Though I am not sure if it is possible to grant such powers from abroad (try to ask a notary in Almaty, I believe such power of attorney should be endorses with Apostille to be used in Russia).

    Another option is to contact Russian Consulate in Almaty, they can obtain the cerificate for her. It takes time though.

    We filed to bring my husband from Jordan here and his 2 yr old daughter here. I have received his NOA 2 for both the I130 and the I129f (April 15th 2007). But NOTHING at all for her. If he is approved, they do approve her at the same time as she is tiny? Her mom abandoned them both and lives in another country.

    Is the time difference normal? I would die if he had to leave her behind... I dont think he could. I dont know...

    Any thoughts?

    Ok I have a question. What if you have to edit the email or copies of the transcript of chat text? :blush:

    I have read in the other forum that the support form was to be turned in at the time of interview. I thought it had to be submitted before that?

    Im going to Jordan in May, are there things I had better bring with me to leave with him LIKE the chat logs phone bills ect? or will he not need them?

    OH MY GOD I just printed out 356 emails and only 189 left to go! It gets old, this printing. This is the 5th time I've done it and all I can say is:

    BLECH!

    Feel sorry for him though, I send him about 5/day so he has poages and pages to look through and pick 2 per week or so. Poor guy heehee!

    Today i'll have to print off a photo, get my AR state refund check which is to both of us and my remaining phone bills and copy these things, and get my remaining afadavit letters which are at home.. then I can pack up this freakin bundle and send it the h#ll away from here!!!!

    Wouldnt it be really funny if all mena women got pregnant within their first year of marrige? We have so many going thru and so many positive outcomes.... We could start our own baby boom!
