Fanguy got a reaction from Mike E in Birth of children abroad (CBRA) help please
@Mike E I didn’t calculate it well the other time and this time I was able to go back to my emails to get all the flight tickets and compare it with the stamps in my passports and this current ones are the accurate ones.
I will also like to know if can I include my visits on F1 visa before moving permanently

Thank you very much for the information. For the whole six years I have been out of the United States  for 285 days. The longest one outside the US was after I became US citizen and it’s 156 days (5months) which I added to those days to sum up to 285 days for the whole period since I became US resident

Thank you for the information, yes I plan to adopt the two step children when they arrive in the US.
My spouse will also file for US citizenship when she becomes eligible
Yes I was naturalized before she was born. I have applied the CRBA but was denied because I haven’t lived continuously for 5 years in the US

    Hello everyone
I got my condition of residence remove in March 30th 2018 and when I got my green card they made an error on my year of birth, I called them and I was told to fill I-90, I did as I was told with all the necessary documents to prove my year of birth and mailed to them in Phoenix AZ. Some few days ago I go another letter congratulating me of my condition of residence approved again, I didn’t understand so I called the uscis and asked them and what I was told is that they reopened my case again, he couldn’t give me the reason. Yesterday I received a new green card with the same error again, what should I do?(this is the second time with error on it)
Secondly I will be traveling out of the country in two weeks time, should I go with the green card with the error on it or go with the stamp I got from the local uscis office.
Any comments will be very much appreciated. Thanks
Confused n angry at uscis officers
