I had my N400 interview on June 13th, 2018. I am still waiting for an oath ceremony to be scheduled at the Gainesville (FL) Federal Courthouse. How long does it take to schedule an oath ceremony at the courthouse?

Thanks for your suggestion. I am now able to track the package sent to me through "informed delivery".

Although my current status on "https://my.uscis.gov/"  says that "We mailed your card to you. The U.S. Postal Service will deliver it", nothing yet on "https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus".

I sent my card using priority mail on 05/19/2018. Since Saturday, my current status under I751 is "We are producing your card and will mail it to you" as at May 31st, 2018.

The post office delivered my defective GC to USCIS on Monday. No status update yet from USCIS. Has anyone that returned there GC with incorrect "Resident Since"  date received any update from USCIS?

I think you are fine.

My 2-year conditional GC was issued on 12/06/2014 but the "Resident Since" date on my 10-year GC is 03/08/2018 (the date my ROC was approved). This is wrong and I have returned the card back to USCIS as instructed be the recall letter.

Is the "Resident Since" date on your GC incorrect? If so, please read the following page

I also have incorrect "Residence Since" date. My N400 interview is in June. Before, I was worried about its implication during the interview.  I am more at ease base on the last paragraph of the recall notice.

"Spouses of U.S. citizens may apply for naturalization after three years of permanent residency and must meet other requirements. The incorrect date on these cards could lead applicants to wait longer than necessary to apply to become U.S. citizens."

To avoid any problem when returning back to the USA, I will suggest you contact the US embassy in Morocco or USCIS here for the way forward.

My “resident since” card is correct. Is yours not?

The "Resident Since" date on the GC sent to me after ROC approval is 03/08/2018 (ROC approval date) instead of 12/06/2014 (AOS approval date). Although I  already notified USCIS of this error, I am still concerned this can create a problem for me during N400 interview.

So, recapping, I arrived there at 6:45am for a 7am interview. Only the security guards were there, they told me to sit in a room to the left, with glass doors. I was facing to the back of the doors because I thought they were going to call me from the back, there was a back door. People started coming in and out and they did not call me. I noticed they called other people, from the glass door, so I turned back to be facing the glass door. Then a girl sat near me and started talking, she was also there for her interview. This was already 7:40am. I noticed everyone who arrived was taking a number with a receptionist before sitting in the room - please note this receptionist was not there when I arrived before 7am, nor did the security guards tell me to come get a number once she arrived at 7am. I go up to the receptionist who told me "Oh no" basically but she said she understood I was not informed and she called the IO. At that moment I freaked out inside, thinking I missed my interview because they didn't give me the proper directions. She told the IO I was there the whole time but I did not get a number because I wasn't told so, and he said it was ok he would see me now. She then gave me a number and I went back to through the glass doors and sat to wait After a few minutes the IO came and called me, and as we started walking I apologized and he said it was ok, he was reviewing my file anyway.

 

The officer was very professional, very pleasant and easy going. He had a relaxed demeanor which was really nice, he made it very casual but professional. First thing before I even sat down was to do the swearing to tell the truth. Then we sat down and he asked for GC and passport. Then we jumped into the test! Was I anxious for this moment, lol. The questions were:

 

1. Supreme law

2. Who vetoes laws

3. Pledge of allegiance

4. Who we fought on WWII

5. Capital of my state

 

And I cannot remember 6, sorry! But got it all right and then writing test was a sentence about the flag, small sentence. He picked from a list. He said I passed the test, then went on to review my application, asked all the questions again. Then he went over my eligibility, which is 3-year married to citizen, he asked if my marriage was still in good standing, asked if I had kids. Then he said "You already submitted a lot of supporting documents, I don't need anything else, your application is approved". Then I asked if they do same day Oath, he answered with "only for military". But he said he would give me the Oath letter there and then. We walked out and passed by someone's office where he dropped my file and asked if they could do my letter now. They said yes, then he walked me out of the area back to the glass doors, and told me to wait. About 15 minutes later, someone else comes out with my letter, calls my name and gives it to me.

 

Sorry about the long post! Wanted to give you guys the whole story... Please make sure you get the number when you arrive if that is the case with your field office!! I almost missed my interview for not knowing! Thank you, Jesus!!

My local office is also Jacksonville. Is the "Resident Since" date on your most recent Green Card accurate? If not, did the IO raise any issue?

As you can see from my timeline below, the next update should be "we mailed your card to you ...".
