I don’t want to disappoint you but I had the same situation and my ROC got approved 2.5 months after the N400 interview and N400 is still pending till this moment ( it’s been over 7 months) all what I get from them is still under processing. 
 
Good news is I have seen people with the same situation got approved in few weeks. So I hope you won’t be delayed as me!

I’m sorry. I explained what happened in a different post, but the magic happened when I reached out to the House Representative.. In less than 2 weeks I got approved. I encourage anyone out of processing time to contact the senator or the representative and not to waste time with USCIS inquiries like what I did. 
 

Contact your representatives first. Look up your two congressmen and your senator and see if one of them has an immigration staffer on his/her team. If not, contact any or all of them. Legal action could take months or it could take years. An inquiry from a member of congress is free and usually, but not always, gets things moving again. Explain your situation in detail in the letter.
This this is the name change forum, I'll just repeat for others reading this, that this delay probably has nothing at all to do with a name change request.

I finally received my N400 approval and a scheduled Oath for November 19th! 
 
- Applied on Jan 2,2019 online, while I751 was pending
- I had n400 interview on May 9th, wasn’t approved, because I 751 was pending.
- Got I751 approved in July 2019 there wasn’t any update about N400 since then.
- I wrote many emails and made many calls, but they never responded and they “broke” the 120 days after the interview law as well.
- I wrote to Congressman and they sent inquiry toward USCIS on Oct 5th
- I also wrote to Senator
- I don’t have information if Congressman or Senator did something about approval
 
I am endlessly thankful to so many good good GOOD people here on VisaJorney! I wish you speedy processing of all your requests and a happy life!

PS: I have this urge to call Uscis customer service after I have my passport in my hands and tell them- you never helped me with anything 🤪😂

Same thing here. Filed 751 in January 2017 and got the "glitch" transfer in March and nothing since then. I filed N-400 in late April 2018 though..
