About the affidavits is it required that it must be family or friends? Or i can include our principal sponsors because they are the witnesses in our marriage certificate? Thank u very much

Hello im page a US Citizen i would like to ask about the affidavit of witnesses. We have 6 principal sponsors .can i indicate on the affidavit only 2-3 witnesses? Because they are all busy. And regarding our son's birth certificate, my husband is not in the birth certificate because he is not here in california when my son is born. Thank you very much
