    Hello everyone!

Tried to find something addressing the topic but not all of my questions were answered. My Fiance in Dominican Republic does not have his vaccination records and we just received our NOA2 and I want to be clear on exactly what should be done before the interview. There is a list on an approved US Consulate medical site listing all the vaccines but there's a total of 13 vaccines and the grand total comes out to almost $700 USD. I found something on a visa site saying the doctor conducting the exam will determine the vaccines needed but since he has no record I just want to be prepared in the event I will have to pay the full amount. Any information helps, thanks so much!

I remember it was 350 for all....

Hello all, my fiancé  entered USA Feb 16th 2019. A month today!!!  We have been checking online for his I-94  and it keeps saying no record found. IT does however show his history.. the date he entered just not I-94. I tried calling the POE and the lady was not hopeful at all. I also emailed CBP and it says they will answer in 15 days.  Is there anything else we can do? We are planning on getting married shortly and then filing AOS, but to file AOS we need that o-94. Kinda freaking out here. TIA

we have searched it using his full name, then we left his middle name out..

I had the same issue but I tried again its work, so without Middle name.

No its now: As of March 4, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-765

Had my Biometrics on march 13, yesterday it changed to:  As of March 13, 2019, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. CASE IS READY TO BE SCHEDULED FOR AN INTERVIEW

My I-765 is still the same: On February 14, 2019, we received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.

UPDATE: My bad, don't know how but I can only assume the website calculated it twice. Panic over.

All the K-1 AoS guides I've seen online have biometrics priced at $85, but on the USCIS fee calculator it's now at $170...?! Am I missing something or has it really become twice the price??

    its only $1140 GC + $85 biometric = $ 1,225 (I-765, I-131, I-485, all in One).

I guess since I'm posting from cellphone the 'start a new topic' button in the DR portal is not available/visible. So please move this post to the DR portal.

With that said, I need help scheduling appt.

I know you need two appts: VAC and Consulate.

After paying fee online with my debit card, the calendar opened up...my Q is: that calendar is for the VAC or the consulate appt? That drop down menu only shows that option: StoDgoVAC

    Hello,

You have to choose VAC first then you will get the consulate.

    Hi Alex,

I am not sure what the rules are in FL. In CT, we have to do a theory test, an 8 hour safe driving course and then a road test. As I hold a UK licence I do not have to adhere to the 90 waiting period that new drivers need to wait.

After completing and passing my theory today I was given a temporary Adult learner permit. The real one will come in the mail in the next 10 days. I am not aware what the expiration date of that card will be.  The woman at the DMV said that in all likelihood if I am quick I may even get my full CT state driving licence not long after getting this adult permit licence.

No one has asked about when my I94 or K1 expires. I have however married and will be filing my AOS the first week of February so plenty of time before either expires. I hope this helps in some way. Claire

    Ok, thank you so much.

    I put 1

I am going to put N/A at the top of each section that is not applicable to me and the others blank.

I don't think so, you may need to gather that for the interview I would have thought.

    I am doing it combined.

Had my medical in January and I understand it is valid for one year, so the only thing we need to supply is a copy of the DS-3025, which should show that you have received all vaccinations required.

We are in the same boat. I cannot wait to post off this batch of paperwork, less so the fee lol

In the meantime, I have been busy gathering my social security and driving license stuff.

    Good luck to you x

    Hello,

About the license, my I-94 Issued until March 28th and my k1 visa until June if im applying for a driving license they will give me one until March 28th too? cause my ID card is till march 28th.

Use VJ as a guide, but ALWAYS use the USCIS website as a leader.

You came here on a K1 visa and got married within 90 days right? In that case you don't file I-130, since that's an application for a spousal visa.

You have to file I-485 + I-864 (GC), I-765 (EAD) and I-31 (AP) as one packet to the same address. You only pay for the I-485 + biometrics, the I-765 and I-131 are free if you file together with the I-485 (see USCIS instructions)

The only 'evidence' you have to file is your marriage certificate. Other then that you have to file a copy of your passport, I-94, passport size photo's etc, but this is all written in the instructions on the USCIS website. Make sure to read those thoroughly before you file.

Thank you. I did, but I saw a post with I-130 maybe is a mistake so I asked to know a little more.

No need to file Form I-130 if you married within 90 days. What you need to file are I-485, I-765 if you want to work while AOS is pending and I-131 if you want to travel outside the US while waiting for your green card.

    Thank you so much.

There no fees for I-765 and I-131 in your case; https://www.uscis.gov/news/questions-and-answers/uscis-issue-employment-authorization-and-advance-parole-card-adjustment-status-applicants-questions-and-answers:

Don't fill out Form I-130 since you have an approved I-129F.

Did you also submit a free I-131? If not, you can still submit one to the Chicago Lockbox https://www.uscis.gov/i-131-addresses

    Thank you so much.

    Hello guys,

I have some doubts about filling the AOS, please need your help.

    1) When filling for AOS (I-485 and I-756) should I sent them separately (I-765 to Lewisville, TX 75067 and I-465 Chicago, IL 60603-5517)?

    2) On VJ I see: The fee for I-485 applications includes the cost of the I-131 and I-765 (no need to pay for them if filed with or while your I-485 application is pending adjudication). it is true?

    3) Do I have to add Wedding pictures, passport foto size...?

    Thanks in advance!

Do I have to fill I-130 with the I-485, I-765 and I-864? then send them in the same package with the same money order?
