I wonder if those approved already on April or May, or that had less than 150 days were expedite cases, because it makes no sense to me since they go by order... 
anyways, this November has to be our month since we are almost 8 monthsssssss since no1. 

Hang in there....I feel the tension and stress from everyone here... ufff time doesn't pass by, these final days are the worst...  IT HAS TO BE THIS MONTHHHHH FOR USSSSSSSSS!!!!

old web site and Case tracker app said approved but the new web site still sayin “ case received “

Guys, i am glad it’s taking a month after no2 to get to nvc and get case number, many people I know have waited like 2 months a few months back. 
Very happy for those approved today! Tomorrow is another day!! Congratsss! And good luck to the rest, including myself! 

Status updated online ...approval of i 130 ....long wait is over...

just woke up to the news that we've been approved! The longest wait is finally done. We're March 5th, Nov 6h NOA2, won't be long for the other March Nebraska filers, crossing my fingers for everyone else 😊

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE APPROVED TODAY!!! God is good. Best of luck to all remaining March filers. My husband refreshed his app today and that's how we found out. No email. No text. No mail notice. New and old websites...nothing either. Please see timeline below:

I feel saddened and worried at some times. But I know that it will soon be here. I and all of us have to be positive and support each other. Hello guys, I am a March filler for Nebraska and I checked the website, I was approved.
I-130 sent 2/28/2018

I-130 approved 10/30/2018
This group is awesome because we can support each other, now onto the next step for my family. 

I understand all too well this frustration. Praying we hear good news soon enough 😔 trying not to loose hope but being away from your spouse sucks so much!

Last week Monday I posted on here hoping to get my approval from TSC on my birthday (October 23rd)... This morning I received my approval letter in the mail!!!!!! Notice date was October 23rd, MY BIRTHDAY!!! All I can say in that God is good! 
 
So any marchies left in TSC or any other service center, hang in there!! Your approval is around the corner! 
 
Waiting game continues but thankfully a step further than before!

And by the way... I got notified via mail. On the website, my status has not been updated still at initial posting so don’t focus only on what that page says.

I know. It's unreal. I am waiting too. My PD is 03/15/18. I'm so anxious to hear something. Like I just want to have a normal married life here in the U.S., is that too much to ask for USCIS? :/
Also, I wanted to update everyone that I wrote my senators office and I asked for their assistance. They replied last week saying they received my request and that they were going to submit an inquiry to USCIS for a more detailed update, at least more than what USCIS provides on the phone. They said they would email me with their updates. You don't lose anything with using your resources. I suggest others do the same. Let's bring attention to the matter.

I NEED to let you know that NVC sent me a email with my case number and Invoice number yesterday!
So that means I can now start to pay the Affidavit of support fee $120.00USD and IV Application Processing Fee $325.00USD.
 
After these fees Are paid ,it will allow us to submit the forms and all required documentation.  when everything is completed, theyll review the case and schedule Interview!!!
 
I am very happy to share this information with you because I want you all to know that there is a light at the end of the Tunnel and we just need to be very patient, all of us will eventually get there and finally complete this difficult and sometimes depressing process. Please feel free to ask me everything and to reply to this post. Im not too far on this process, I havent pay any of the fees yet but I wanted to give You guys a little preview of what you will expect.
