You need to read again because if you had comprehended it, then you would know you listed things not requested by London on their website.
Things from you (petitioner):
✔I-134 signed and dated
✔ letter of employment (does it matter when it was dated?)
❌Bank Statements
❌copy of original birth certificate❌copy of NOA2
❌ facebook posts, messages with him and my family, pictures with description
❌my birth cerificate original
❌ copy of my passport
You posted you "heard" your fiancé needs his birth certificate. If you looked at the London list it says BIRTH CERTIFICATE. If you opened the section then you saw
Birth Certificate: Obtain the original, or certified copy (provided by the issuing authority)
The certificate must list both parents’ names;
Sorry, what i meant to type was 'read'!
Please dont be so rude.
I am just stressed like almost everyone in this forum and i want it all to be fine and make sure we have everything.
Im sorry for asking stupid questions....

Do we still need to do the readiness form it asked in P3?

Question: Mine and my Fiancés petition is at the london embassy and is in the 'ready' status. He has booked his medical october 8 and made his interview for November 12th

✔ 2017 tax return & transcript
✔ W2s
✔Paystubs
✔ Bank Statements
✔ copy of original birth certificate
✔ copy of NOA2
✔ facebook posts, messages with him and my family, pictures with description✔ my birth cerificate original
✔ copy of my passport
is there anything i am missing!?!?!
Any help or advice would be much apprecaited 💛

NVC: SEPT 12TH

Will me or my fiance get an email? Can he call to make an interview app??
-
How long does NVC take before they send it to US embassy in London? Ours has been at NVC for a week

Sounds like you have everything needed for the medical! Hopefully he's all up to date on all his vaccines because i didn't know if i'd had chicken pox or not and i didn't feel like lying and saying i had so i had to leave it blank and get it done when i arrived in the US which is something i don't recommend as it'll cost you a pretty penny!
Oh yeah that was one of my first questions for him, he has had chicken pox before thank goodness so were good there

I booked my medical when my status changed to 'in transit'. They didn't ask me for my interview date as i hadn't booked it yet. Make sure your interview date is atleast 10 days after your medical so you know the embassy received your results (even though i've read lately people are waiting a while to get in for their interview date). Just make sure you have your Police Certificate before you book your medical as they will ask you if you have it and if you say no they might tell you to call back when you do.
Awesome thank you! My Fiancé booked his medical for beginning of october and he has collected his police certificate along with his medical and vaccine history

Hello guys,
So my Fiancé and I have just got an email stating our NVC # and invoice #
My question is now what comes next?
Can he book his medical??
Is there a website to check the status to see where his case will be ready??
Thank you

Revised since that question was changed two years ago. That form has changed since we did the first one. Yes, we had the inaugural of that form. That form was the consolidated of three forms to the one you use today.
You have the right form.
Thank you! Just wanted to make sure

Hi everyone,
I know this might not be fully relevant to the topic, but does anyone know how long UK takes to issue a police certificate (if there is no criminal background)?
Thanks
2-3 weeks

In the new revised I-134 form dated 2018 - Question #38 now regards contributions. You leave the yes/no boxes "unchecked" and your explanation is submitted in Part 7 on page 8 of the new form. This question was intended for other visa's and has nothing in common with the K-1.
You will do this:
3.a. "Page 4"
3.b. "Part Number 3"
3.c. "Item Number 38"
3.d. "N/A (K1 Visa Process For Permanent Residence)"
When u say revised I-134 2018 im confused because on the bottom it says 11/30/16 and this form expires 11/30/2018. Am i looking at the right one? If we dont have our interview by this date would i need the updated version?

Hello,
My fiance and i got our petition approved Aug 22nd. And are currently waiting for our NVC number. Ive noticed alot of people have been getting them on our dates or after and im a bit worried. On USCIS website it says that our petition is still pending... Could that be a reason to slow down our process of getting our NVC #?
