filled IV application and submit all docs 5-30-18.

mine is pivot / ceas case - online processing. 

had hard time uploading big file.. had to rescan.

suggestion, go to setting and select small file when scanning. 

2mb is max per upload.

also affidavit of support -  did electronic sign... by adding signature in pdf file. 

nvc recived case april 11, 2018 - priority date was August 07, 2017.

JUST RCVD EMAIL FROM NVC WITH CASE NUMBER AND INV NUMBER, PAID ALREADY ONLINE.

NVC RCV DATE APRIL 11 2018. PRIORITY DATE WAS AUGUST 07, 2017

how long is NVC process. I am little confused here.

week to 10 days to receive case at NVC.

5 to 8 or 11 weeks to all process including paying fees and sending documents. ( or just getting case number)about 

4 to 5 weeks for interview schedule and getting medical done.

total about 17weeks i.e  4.25 month to 5 max.

does above  look ok ?

not good at surfing with website... how can I follow u guys at NVC stage..

I received my approval yesterday.  sent to state department.

2x2 photos....

i also add photos of my step son application as well. since i didnt add in original application.

his priority date is August 24, 2017. My wife priority date august 9.

i m still waiting for response. rfe sent march 14.

looks like 2x2 photos cost me about 1 and 1/2 month loss of time.

sometime i think if i had lawyer he/she would ve put photos and I wouldnt have lost time.

will update you when received response.

shall i call and ask for fast response since they are asking for item which is not even required, and they are wasting my 1 month.

march 2nd update online for RFE.

rfe letter was dated march 7.

received in mail march 11

send response march 12....they received march 13, update online rcvd response march 14.

RFE response takes anywhere from 8 days to 15 or 30.

I dont like to waste 1 month. that is lot. I even call customer service.

I hope i get approval by next week.

I am also waiting for RFE response.

2x2 photos cost me 1 month, i guess. Thing that is not even required, they send RFE for it.

I hope not more.

REF response USCIS received march 14..... still waiting for response.

received RFE letter today, asking for 2x2 photo of beneficiary.

i130 instruction page clearly says submit photo if beneficiary is in USA.

any input ??
