rcvd passport with visas and letter to pay mmigrant/green card fee $220.00

Didnt recieve any sealed envelop//

I ask few relative who got visas before august 1, 2018.. they all receive sealed envelops.

worried i am missing any document.

my wife have air tick to fly tuesday.. donot want trouble at port of entry...

usuallly interviews are scheduled or emailed 25 to 30 days in advance. I never see 9 days to interview and no letter received.

I864 original with all tax return and w2 or transcript if avaialble.

interview letter print is ok unless if embassy has mailed interview letter at beneficary physical address.

i dont think so they are looking for previous marriage certificates.

And we just got our expedite approval today! An NVC employee recommended we give it a try, it doesn’t extend your own wait time or “put you to the back of line” if rejected. So no harm trying. It was an extra thing to stress about, but worked out well for us thankfully.

I got approval too today for expedite request. ceas online says at embassy. 

how i will know of my date of interview ?

my cc was may 15,2018. I call embassy, but they do not provide no information over phone.

which email address u use to reschedule.

in my opinion you should use expedite email address or 

since ur interview is already scheduled, you can try to contact embassy directly by phone or email to reschedule.

like you said he never got illegal in USA. you should be fine at interview stage. just in case if officer deny visas they will give you form for filing waiver i601 form.  it does take about three to four months to process. 

I recommend you should start preparing for i601 as well from now. You will need good lawyer to prepare and file i601.

I know couple of ppl they have done it. 

dont worry u will be back is USA.

if you are giving them offical tax transcript you do not need all w2.

for current year u have to add all w2.

techincally, all they need is current year only. 

in affidavit of support form, it clearly says optional.

if you think it will help qualify more. Just like assets information, all optional if you dont have taxes done.

you can reduce quality of scan to add more papers in single file.

for affidavit of support form you can e sign directly on form. it created small file compare to scan version.

for previous year taxes you can do transcript from IRS web site. you dont need w2 if it is tax transcript.

i submit mine friday and had approval on monday. 

ANYBODY KNOWS HOW MANY DAYS IT TAKES TO GET CC AFTER REQUEST TO UPLOAD US PASSPORT IN AOS.

my wife case they need my US passport copy under aos.

i didnt upload US passport copy for my step son either but got approved.

now i am in situtation where step son interview will be scheduled and wife has to wait.

I have emailed today to expedite email address. hopefully, they can do anything faster.

Got CC today for my step son case. 

for my wife case i forget to upload my US passport copy with AOS supporting docs.

I did upload in civil documents but got rejected. they need in AOS supporting docs.

call customer srv rep says 6 weeks wait time now. I hope i will get cc soon.

non pivot cases are taking long now. 

online processing is fast. now.

this is the reason some ppl getting case numbers late. so dont worry, just call and inquire.

They are doing their Jobs. NVC.
