Yes as said, do make sure to clear the cache for your browser from time to time.  (press F5 or in settings)

I am the petitioner and my beneficiary has completed her DS-160 including payment of visa fee and noting payment id # and case # on the application. She has received her DS-160 confirmation page. At the end of the DS-160 ap they asked her to upload a jpeg of her passport which she did. She has not received an email 24 hours later advising her how to schedule an interview or even a list of available appointments. NVC has sent our packet to Manila embassy on 5/28 but they have not acknowledged receipt. How do we proceed with our goal of getting an interview? Thanks in advance. John (novato ca)

So sorry to hear this, it must be so frustrating. With the nature of this visa it's impossible to plan ahead and know exactly when each stage of the process will happen, which can be really tough when all you want to do is make exciting plans like everyone else getting married. I would also agree with the above and see if anything can be done to speed up the process for you.

NVC told me the same thing, that it could take Nvc up to 60 days to assign the case #. However from reading this blog I found out that the processing time to assign the case # is 11 days from the time NVC received your case from NOA2. The first time I called when they told me that it would take 60 days they gave me the date that NVC received my case. I called 11 days later and got my case # and invoice id#. NVC told me that the case had not been sent to the Manila embassy yet but I would be notified when it has been sent by email to both me the petitioner and my beneficiary. I gave them her email address. Now I just need to figure out how to pay the fee and get my fiance to fill out the DS-160 form.

Maria and I have decided not to pursue our relationship. Good luck to all that are going forward. I received a RFE dated 4/10. Our NOA1 is dated 10/13/17. I have notified USCIS but I'm not sure how to eliminate our profile on Vias Journey. Any idea how to do that?

    Thanks,

    John

Is there a way to contact Visa Journey by phone or email? Thanks for all the love I've received today from compassionate VJ members. Good luck to all.
