I did my interview there . I just parked on the street around the corner . My interview was just past noon and there was plenty of nearby street parking . Don’t know what it’s like at 8am but I’d check the ParkMobile app or something like that if I needed to find something ahead of time .

I'm not sure it's all that straightforward, is it ? It might leave the forum open to inimical external parties asserting 'the posters there are hatching ways to mitigate immigration fraud!' . That's why I'd kept my advice in previous posts to 'find a good lawyer'.

Yes, this forum is meant for people to help each other. But the implicit consideration is that it's to help us get things right, to avoid making mistakes, and how to quickly resolve inadvertent errors, misunderstandings and other concerns so that we may all have a smooth experience with the immigration process.

The OP on the other hand willfully provided wrong information in the application, and proceeded to acknowledge that erroneous information under oath, for reasons of their own. The administrative oath is that you are providing them all data truthfully. 

While the strong protections against loss of citizenship may protect the OP, I do not know whether it is within forum guidelines to permit those who have intentionally misrepresented themselves under administrative oath, to request advice here. 

I always thought it was curious that my naturalization certificate shows my marital status. It seemed pretty strange - like my passport listing that. But it also means any attempt by OP to petition her spouse will lead to trouble due to mismatch in dates on her marriage evidence offered, and her own naturalization certificate that becomes part of his petition evidence. 

OP has variously mentioned 'losing her son' , 'losing her marriage while trying to get citizenship' and spouse being in another country. These are problems, because in addition to specifically not stating something accurately about her status (which may or may not be material), she's evidently concealing it for cause, and that reason might be material. She's obviously not going to state details here but she needs legal counsel, having done what she did. 

The OP refers enigmatically to 'losing her son'. There probably will not be enough detail about this from the OP, but it implies something beyond mere "I stated I'm single when I'm actually married". 

Specifically, it brings into question many possible issues that OP probably will never explain clearly here, including unclear past/present marriages time overlaps, ongoing custody battles, or any other facet that might tie to good moral character on her part. 

The OP needs a competent lawyer since she's not about to post all details here, and there's no point in speculating what might happen to her. 

You're a Sac FO filer, right ? I am from there, and did my oath in July. Call the office and ask them if they can schedule you for the August oath ceremony. I was approved on the spot in my interview and I asked to be scheduled for the same month's ceremony, even though it sounded a little late for that. But they added me, and I had my oath date letter uploaded by the next morning.

Please note: ALL recent timeline updates on this thread are BROKEN. The divergence occured in @Indicatio's update on July 29 (page 67) , which has both an old and new version for some reason. I'll venture to fix it. 

I got my passport. It was trackable after 4 days in my case, but it was done within a day, with my passport issue date being the day after it became trackable. Registering my email address after not finding it in the system, did work - the moment it became trackable, I got an email . 

No idea. As far as I can recall, Sac FO has always been 9-13 months, ever since the new processing times were reported earlier this year. Maybe it became 9-12 months at sometime, but I didn't notice that change. 

My own passport status updated this morning to state that the passport has been produced and is being shipped. Should probably have it tomorrow.

We can only encourage one another here. It may be seemingly a worthless cause, or it may not - the act of trying may get the wheels of the machine to move again on one's case. @kaberosi's case is unusually long for Sac FO, but the current waiting time is approximately the point where those who were stuck in BC manage to get an interview date.

Please do! Take it to the Senator's office if you can spare the enthusiasm. Feinstein is up for re-election, which may be a good thing (she wants new voters) or bad thing (too busy). Alternatively you can go with Kamala Harris' office. Or even the USCIS Ombudsman's office. At this point you're practically at the outside of the 9-13 month processing time stated, which in my opinion is a conservative one because most people seem to get done in ~7 months. 

I don't think the Sac FO itself is bad. I'm done with my entire process as a late Dec filer (oath last week) and they were a pleasant experience. I find it really unfortunate that you are stuck in this manner. When you do get your interview, feel free to ask them to put you in the immediately available oath ceremony afterwards. I was able to get my oath within 2 weeks of interview.

Yes thank you; I'd already looked at that tracker, but it seems to suggest much less time than a week for expedited passport applicants. I was curious as to how much time, and more importantly how people establish that their applications are trackable - do you repeatedly poll the state.gov status page or sign up with your email and it notifies you as soon as its trackable ? 

I applied for an expedited passport right after my oath ceremony today . For those who applied recently and are still posting, how long was it before your status was trackable ? How did you establish that it became trackable ? 

Updated my status after today's oath ceremony. Over to the passport tracker next, since I already applied for a passport too!

It is for your benefit, though. They're checking one last time in detail that your GC was obtained under valid circumstances and there's nothing in your marital history that retroactively invalidates your LPR status, e,g, not remaining married through the required duration, and also that your GMC requirement is clear so that there's no future risk of denaturalization under some regime, e.g. alleged polygamy due to overlap in marriage information, lack of child support etc.. 

I applied under 5-year category since mine was an employment based GC anyway. They still asked about my wife and child at my N400 interview. Nothing crazy - just to state basic details already in the application. I too am someone who didn't bother to apply as soon as I was eligible because... I was in no hurry, and didn't bother until it was time to renew 10-year GC and I decided I might as well get this over with. Personally I don't get the point of applying right upon eligibility. I paid for a 10 year GC, so I might as well utilize it for 10 years, is how I thought.

For what it's worth, my interview was last week. I had a ticket (neither DUI nor speeding nor running a red light, but a moving violation) within the past year, and the interviewer neither cared about any paperwork about it, nor was my approval delayed - I got an approval indication in my N-652 , and my oath letter in the mail notice the next morning.

Maybe when you hand it over at your oath, they update your ROC receipt number to say 'card has been destroyed' ? :-)

Fprints: Date assigned for fingerprinting (Bio-metrics). If you do your biometrics via walk-in prior to your scheduled appointment, please enter the date in bold blue.
In Line: Date you received e-notification about the start of your interview scheduling.
Int Ltr: Date you received the official letter in the mail regarding interview.
Interview: Date of your interview.

I do hope you have the same good fortune. I wasn't expecting it, since I had foreign travel after my application, so I was expecting that they'd take longer to redo checks and schedule me for the oath ceremony. 

If you haven't already done so, there's probably nothing to lose in calling and talking to an L2 officer about this. I was pretty data driven about estimating my Sac timelines, and most people seemed to take a week or two to get their oath letters after interview, so I know I'm not the common case.
