Search CASE TRACKER on the App Store or Google Market and click download when you see the USCIS Emblem in the below picture on any case tracker and pay for the ad free version. With this version you’re good to go.

I asked my lawyer about the case tracker app and he told me no use it because isnt developed by USISC and give our information it wasnt good, he just recommend use the oficial website  so I made an account in the website and activate notifications in mail and msn...

Yeah I read it. Well, I am in an almost panic mode because I overstayed too, but not a B2 visa. I have never heard of someone being arrested like that unless there's something wrong. Another one that I read was a husband of a USC being arrested during AOS, but that was because they didn't include the i130 in their application. We need more info from the guy in the other forum...

Yes I think is something else that He didnt say... Because I dont want say that was the lady of the congressman ofice that he mentions in the comments...

  3. Guys!! I was reading in other group about a Texas filer that was arrested yesterday

the post said that he was arrested fro ICE and they told him that was for overstayed B2 visa... and he filed las August 2017 and the Bio already done.... there is the link... thats weird because it suppose that you can do adjustment without any problem with overstay visa...

Yeah, mine changed to Request for Initial Evidence and reads thus, on February 27, 2018, a request for initial evidence was mailed to you ...

I will be checking my mail in case any notification arrives, but at least you know guys that they are working in your cases, I read last night in other group that some people got they RIE after 200 days since their PD...  I think we going to be "safe"  when our cases are updated to "case ready to schedule interview"....

How much is the cost of the AoS from tourist visa? Is for a US citizen claiming his spouse.

I think is the fee of the AoS plus biometrics plus i130 fee?

How much is it exact? And the payment can be done in just 1 check or money order?

We made two checks one for $1,225 and other for $535 and the lawyer told us that must be 2 checks or money order :D

Mine was delivered on the 1st and I got my notification late on the 21st but I was one of the very few who had to wait that long.

Did everyone who applied for their EAD concurrently receive 3 notifications? Because I didn’t get a notification for mine even though I filed them all together.

I got my 4 notifications on Feb 16 :), its supposed that you can see your case number in the back side of the check that you send it (if you don't know maybe would be good call or in your Biometrics appointment are the receipt)

  7. Hello everybody!! Towards the bottom of the biometrics appointment notice there is a part where it states you can request for it be rescheduled (this will not guarantee the week after the scheduled date and you are unable to do a walk-in appointment after the date on the notice).  Perhaps send a handwritten letter with the notice detailing your reasons.  It's worth a shot!  Make sure you photocopy your notice before sending it to be rescheduled.  Also perhaps send it overnight/next day delivery too - at least, that is what I would do! :).

Edited to add: If you choose to add a handwritten letter with the reschedule request, make sure to include your A number, full name and address.

Yes, isnt another way... I told my husband if we tryed to change maybe we going to have a one month of delate in the process... And I cant go alone because I cant drive... Buttt!! I am sooo happy that everybody with almost the same dates are getting the Biometrics appointment now!! :)

Yes, you can study while in the AOS process.

Thanks!! I feel better now, to keep my mind and time busy :D have a great weekend!!

  10. Hi everybody, right now my husband and I started the AOS process, but I have a question, as everybody know that I can't work until we get the EAD, sooooo I was looking in some 100% online English courses; I have a master degree and I saw an International certification as English teacher as second language and I like how its sounds the company or school is "Bridge TEFL"... my questions is... Can I study something like that while I am in the AOS process??

Thank you very much!! great weekend for everybody!! :)https://bridge.edu/tefl/idelt-online-tefl-course

I am filing for ORIGINAL SUBMISSION FORMS: I-130, I-864, I-130A, I-485, I-765, I-131 , I-693, however, I attached 2 passport pictures for both the petitioner and beneficiary on each of the listed forms above . Am not too sure how USCIS will react for getting more than the needed number of  passport pictures.

    I need help.

We just send 2 of the petitioner and 8 of the benefeciary

I’ve been legally in the US for 17 years. I’ve jumped through every hoop immigration wanted me to jump through. I’m 25 years old now. I was a dependent on my parent’s E2 visa until i turned 21 and aged out unfortunately (I probably missed out on a GC by a year or two because I aged out). I played college golf for a D1 school and I played professionally a little bit afterwards as well until my visa problems hit me...

I met a girl and ended up getting married for the right reasons but just didnt work out...

I filed for a marriage based visa back in june 2017 last year and I have yet to recieve a notice giving me a date to arrive for our first interview. But my wife has left our apartment in november and will not speak to me... I’m going through very intense depression right now and I dont know what to do.

I think I will still go to the interview and try to tell my story and hope for the best... Does anyone have any advice for me?

In a forum in Spanish I read the experience of a couple who began to have problems a few months before the interview and the husband threatened her saying that he would not go with her to the interview and I think they did not even live together ... the case that finally they went to the interview together and IO separated them and they told the truth of what they were going through because in the end she had nothing to lose, not children or anything .... and what do you think? GC approved... Talk with your wife and try to fix your relationship and dont lost the hope... :)
