my husband's accountant will ask for an extension because it supposed we will have our EAD on june(fingers crossed) also read in a group on Facebook that there are people who present taxes and saying with the SSN number they introduced correction but really I dont know

Hello  I found today with this new info that my field office (one of the most slow in the country) now the process time for AOS is from 15 to 25.5 months!! And EAD is taking around 5 to 6 months (we knew this one) and they are working in Octuber 2017, but as we know in eaxh office are people that work more fast that the others... And I also think that is because they dont want more phonecalls hahahaha I still in shock... For now just want my EAD and for the interview I can wait

well after reading this article it really clears up things because honestly due to how i track processing times its obvious that something is a little off.

we just have to hope and have faith our applications are working on

Yes, now the thing is going to be for example now the website says the EAD is taking more de 5 months soooo if we call them after 90 days and ask about the delay they going to tell us that we still in time...

Yes is the only way to stay strong our faith and be patient B-)

, saying the below , march 8th is when RFE was issued , the response to RFE was delivered march 20th .

We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time

We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on March 8, 2018.

    Hi guys..

Sooo remember how i told you the story in regards to my husband filing his tax return and i got instructed to go the the social office next to me so i did.

I told them the whole story and how i know the issue an ITIN number but since i have already applied what should i do... she looked at me like i was a ghost ... she said and i quote "what is ITN- whatever you just said.. ive never heard of that. We dont issue things like that"

    Haha

Soooo i got no where in terms of that.

I will call social security again to see if they know anything.

For now i found a different solution:

Be late on your taxes and they fine you 5% of your return which you can then ask to waive because you have a ligament reason.

    https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/penalty-relief-due-to-reasonable-cause

Probably my husband is going to ask for a extension and wait until I have my SSN  because if everything is going smooth like until now it suppose that I am going to have my EAD on june... fingers crossed!!!

The good part is that the last letter of USCIS was the courtesy letter... I just have my fingers crossed hahahaha I praying to get it as ssson as possible....

Also - does anyone here know about expediting the EAD? I've seen people in other threads talking about it and I have no idea what it's about/how to do it

You can expedit your EAD if you have an job offer and they should approve it, but is only for that or expecite your AP if you can prove that you have an emergency, I just checked my account this morning and still the same...  no charges at all...

  11. Well... Today I went to the post office to see if they could help me to setup with informed delivery  because it keeps showing me that my address isnt aviable with the service and my neighbors can do... sooo we went and ask, why they adreess is aviable and ours not?? and they do not know what to do either!! Do any of you have any idea how to setup the service? Or some custume email or something because they didnt know with who they can talk about that...

Looks like there's a new edition of the I-864 dated March 6... Hmm. But my rfie asked for the previous edition. And my joint sponsor already has the old form filled out and printed.

What you can do is with the old form filled you can fill the new one and just your joint sponsor just sing it, I know that ask someone for a favor is hard and plussss if you going to say "hey!! I need you sign the new one because this is already expired!" Just to be safe and they dont ask for the new form and dont delate more your case
