Yes uploaded the statement via unsolicited evidence via pdf but I cannot see the statement under documents. Not sure if it takes a while to show up under my documents or will it even show up at all. Basically just trying to see if it was properly submitted.

I live in TX, no Bill of Sale is needed for firearm transactions.

As title state saw this question on my N-400 and answered yes( sold weapons via private legal sales here in TX) I did my form electronically but saw that you can upload additional evidence regarding this. (On the paper form N-400 it asked to explain if I answered yes in writing) Should I upload a document statement saying these are legal private gun sales to give a heads up? Or am I over thinking this? Just want to make sure everything goes right! Has anybody ever had to explain this in the interview ?

Submitted my N-400 yesterday 1/22/23. Checked my USICS account today and saw they sent reuse biometrics notice. Do they email you when they send updates or I just have to periodically check my USCIS account?

Hey Vj's Submitting my app here in a few days for my N400. I am applying using the 5 year rule. Is there any evidence I should submit for my case. I am still married to my spouse. I know the application ask for Marriage certificate and Childs BC. Just was wondering if there is any thig else I should include for my case? Like a copy of my wifes US passport etc. Thank you !

For those who took the civics test at the Houston FO, do you have to remember all the answer for a particular question or just one of them for example : What does the judicial branch do? ▪ reviews laws ▪ explains laws ▪ resolves disputes (disagreements) ▪ decides if a law goes against the Constitution During the test did you have to name all of these or just one answer was suffice?

Did you ever get this figured out? I am in the exact same position as you. Wife got citizenship through her mother and has no idea when her date of citizenship was and her mother doesnt either.

It is asking for MM/DD/YYYY for my wifes citizenship. How do I put unknow for that?

Again, my wife does not know when the first time she applied for one because she was a child when she got citizenship and this was a long long time ago, more than a decade ago. How do I submit a FOIA to get her MM/DD/YYYY she became a citizen? Thanks for your repsonse.

This was something that happened over 15 years ago when my wife became a citizen. She asked her mom and she said she doesn't remember and that she would have to look for the paperwork. My mother in law is a person who doesn't think anything is urgent unless it benefits her so i doubt she will be looking for my wife's paperwork anytime soon hence me asking this question here. Can somebody please tell me if there is a way to find this out?

My wife is a US citizen. She acquired her citizenship Not by birth and not by naturalization. I believe she got it passed down through her mom or granddad. Is there a way to find out when my wife became a citizen. I need the date and year of when she got her citizenship.

I was 26 when my GC was approved in Feb 2019. Just to be clear I should answer No for this question? Just want to make sure I have everything correct before I apply.

So again, I just want to make sure it is not a gray area. My GC was not approved by the time I finished school (School finished Dec 2018 whiles I was waiting on my AOS paperwork to be approved and I got approved in Feb 2019) I just want to make sure there is no gray area or my status changed during those two months between school ending and GC being approved. Just wondering if that makes a matter of what I should select.

Hey all, Coming up on my 5-year Gc anniversary in Feb of 2024. I will be 31 in January, so I intend to file my N-400 a few days after my birthday. I saw the question Part 12(Additional Information about you) 44 A Are you a male who lived in the United States at any time between your 18th birthday and 26th birthday? (This does not include living in the United States as a lawful immigrant). I was an F1 student when I got married (age 25) and then was waiting on my AOS paperwork to be approved which happened in 2019. Not sure if my status changed from lawful nonimmigrant or during this time of my AOS since I wasn't an F1 student anymore (School had finished before my AOS was complete). Long story short, Do I select No for this question? Or Do I put yes and attach a sheet saying that I was an F1 student waiting on my AOS papers and also note that I am 31 years old now. Thank you!
