Hello, it took around 3 weeks after we submitted our proof. What got us ...is that we didn't provide chat/call logs in the beginning. We got it approved and we are finally together forever in usa.

How bad will this be affecting us? I need to do the status adjustment.  

You can also visit customs in person and they can fix that for you sometimes you can even email them.

thank you so much! u been so helpful! we are going to customs on thursday to handle the i-94 issue. we called them and they told us to email OR we can go in person.

Why cant we see my now husband on the i-94? He came in with fiancee visa on nov 15th. We married that weekend that he came.  We searched online and theres no info on him.

Hello gang, Need a little guidance. 

My now Husband came on a fiancee visa. We married as soon as he got here.  I was wanting to add him to my medical insurance but we needed a social security number.

We went to SSI office applied... and MY hubby doesn't show up in the i-94. We tried as well online and he wasnt given one at the airport.

SSI told us that his passport is invalid.. immagration cross out his kvisa PIC on his passport which makes it invalid......

Once arrival to USA, does the Officer cross off your pic on ur passport??

Hello, can someone be kind and give me the link to check our case status? I believe im getting on the old site. My fiancee already went to interview and had to submit more evidence of our relationship.

I already explained why we were denied. Need more proof. I Did the mistake of not including call logs. !   B4 submitting everything rapid visa checked off everything and said it was ok but not once did they say to include call logs and I didn't think of it, being the first time I'm dealing with immigration. You get better information on this site, due to people experiences. Next week we are submitting the proof they asked.  Whatapps call logs and chats , my att phone logs, facebook messages and when we announced our engagement and how our family reacted and our money transfers. I spent over $100 just on printing stuff.

I can still bare children..that's not an issue. And no he hasn't been married b4 nor has children...I'm a widow at a young age.

Where was his interview?  Mine had the evidence in his hands too..the co didnt even look at it.  Right now I'm working on printing all of our chat logs..emails and call logs and doing the notary.  Will mail everything to my fiancee on monday.  I hope once they receive it, it doesnt take another 6 months. 😒

Yeah......rapid visa didnt say anything..  they just helped with first process..but I know now. Little late.

He replied saying that it was easier to marry in usa because of my children. But we do have plans is also marrying in india so his family can attend.

I think what got us is that he didnt take call logs.

We will do what's asked from us. Working on everything today.. anyone know how much longer after we submit the stuff? 

Yes. I learned that journeyvisa is a lot more helpful than the rapid visa.  If I only knew that when I first started this process. 

We known eachother for 4 years but in a relationship since 2...I've gone to india 3 times about to go again since I'm frustrated... officer asked him questions like.....why didnt I marry him in india......where I work...he was amazed my fiancee spoke english..they spoke about that more than our relationship. The interview was less than 10 mins.

We submitted pictures and receipts of plane tickets....hotel receipts. He offered them to see.   They didnt even look at it ..they said.. they didbt need it.  But whatever this is just a knock down but will get up ..my fiancee thinks he was just discriminated.

Ty, will submit more even tho we did.  This time I'll submit a whole book of us.........does anyone know how much longer is the next process? We will complete everything today. 

My fiancee was at the interview today... HE took all the documents that was told to take.. He even offered the official proof of meeting and such......but the officer didnt even look at them....and refused us......because NEED more documents... call logs..... receipts..........

Now we have to submit additional stuff that he had in hand.... so frustrating.......right when we thought we were at the end of this LONG processs.

I submitted everything ON MY END with rapid visa... I did exactly what they wanted..

You have to check daily.. multiple times a day

It took us a week to get a date. 

Hello Nacho... WE went thru the same thing..... and it could be very frustrating!!    U just have to check repeatedly.  We locked our account several times because we would check it so much!! Just keep trying... stop checking it when it says your at max attempts and just retry in the morning..IF NOT ur acct. will be locked for approx 3 days..

ONCE.......we had a choice of a date ,,, we just took it......then just rescheduled it to sooner dates of our liking.

Just heads up.......the appts are looking into the first week OF November...its jumping back and forth From November to Oct.. grab one when you can..

THE CALL Center is useless! DO what you can on travel docs..

Any update on this.. Im sure the people above are complete already........

Hello wondering if anyone has encountered problems while trying to make your OFC and Interview appt????

I select an avail date for the OFC (which has a huge selection)... but then when I move forward to make interview appt it says theres no dates avail???

then it gives me a message that  I exceeded number of times to view the page and NEED to pick a transaction.

Ive HAD my acct already Locked for 72hrs....

this is the most frustrating part I think....
