I received the email and “DOCUMENTARILY qualified” noti both on October 18

Hi everyone! My latest nvc update says “DOCUMENTARILY qualified” I also received an email. How long does it usually take to get an interview letter?

will I be the one to schedule or the nvc?

Hi, I have a question. We are a little confused which form in IRS to submit because my husband got his 1099misc later after he filed his 2017 W2 . In his tax return transcript in IRS, only his income in w2 reflected and that is below the hhs poverty guideline . But he has another form the 1040X amended income tax return which added his 1099 income -- that one is above the HHS poverty guideline. Can we submit the 1040X instead?

Hi everyone. Couldn't find a thread for September 2018 approvals/NOA2 so I'm posting here I hope you guys don't mind. I'm just a little curious and this might be off topic though, how many days/weeks from Case Approved (from website my.USCIS.gov notification) to "case sent to DOS" and to NVC welcome letter?

Hi. Thank you!! Our case was processed in Texas Sevvice Center.

No, the NOA2 is from USCIS and NVC Welcome letter from NVC. They are two separate things.

Click Immigration Timelines on the top menu. Create a timeline and add your case. Once you do that you should be able to see your VisaJourney (VS) timeline and the estimate of when VS algorithm thinks you will be approved based on the history of other people's approval. Good luck. Hi March filers! Any recent approval yet? Can't wait!! 10 days till September. my VS timeline's estimate for NOA2 is Sept 11-18 and I can't help to be so excited! I hope it to be a little early and that everything goes smooth. 

February filers at TSC are approximately 40% approved 

We're almost next!!! Prayers
